The food was delicious but small portions for the price that youâre paying. The location was accessible and wish we couldâve sat outside dining area but they donât seat parties larger than 4 in their back patio area.
Was staying at the hotel which is their location. Decided to treat ourselves on the last night of our trip. We chose to do the experience. It was quite good with a variety of dishes that were all excellent in taste and presentation. The staff was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed each course.
We would highly recommend your restaurant. While we thought the menu was somewhat brief, the food we selected was very good. We thought the outdoor seating was delightful. we were bothered somewhat due to an untrained puppy that wanted to bark at all patrons walking by his table. The service was the best! T.V.Jenkins
Peach Bellinis and gluten free bread are great. Tuna tacos are good.
Great food
Nine Ten is always a treat. I love the terrace with the ocean view and breezes. The service and food are always tops! I can''t think of a better place to go in the La Jolla Village area. The Colonial Hotel, that it is located in, is so beautiful to see. You can admire the lobby as you wait for your guests. Truly a treat!
Highly recommend the Mercy of the Chef tasting menu along with the wine pairings.
My husband dined here for our anniversary. They made us feel very special and the food and wine were delicious. Our service was exceptional.
Nine-ten was an amazing foodie experience! Compliments to the chef. Ambiance: La Jolla â quality hotel lily pad with a bar, main dining room and small outdoor space. Classy but not âupscale.â Service: Perfectly pleasant. Food: Caesar salad was splendid! True to flavor with the anchovy-white dressing and rich croutons. There was enough parm with a base of fresh spring lettuce rather than romaine. Duck was phenomenal! Perfectly cooked. Perfectly seasoned. Perfectly crusted. Wonderful flavor. Very very nice. Strawberry and coconut semifredo was exceptional. Desert menu included cheese options - very true to the French contemporary vibe. Vegetarian options: moderate (2-5 options) Price: pricey but worth it. Yay? Nay? Eh? Yay!
A little disappointing. For an upscale restaurant the ambiance was lacklustre, the service was only ok, and the dining room was very loud. The food was very good.
