They were very busy with only one lady serving, expect a wait. Very cute decor and they have chocolate truffles, hot chocolate and coffee. I purchased 4 of their truffles, very rich which was nice. The service was very nice, felt sorry for the overwhelmed help though, so I was patient and polite.

Hands down the best hot chocolate & chocolate bar varieties! I've been going to the location in Old Town for years. I take my friends to both locations for "hot chocolate" (instead of coffee / tea / beer) and explain to everyone that it's the best hot chocolate in town. Because it is. AND, it's all vegan (not that this is advertised anywhere) so for you lactose intolerant / avoidant or animal welfare friends, this place is an absolute gem.FYI: I recently read a review that the hot chocolate here was lacking in flavor. I was so shocked that it spurred me to write a review because that has never been my experience here. If anything, it has more flavor than the hot chocolate I've had at other places. My guess is that because the Little Italy location is new that one of the new employees made a mistake. Give this small business another chance. You won't regret it!

Great experience, felt very welcomed and loved the tea and chocolates

Don’t sleep on their coffee! It was delicious and the customer service was excellent. It’s a family owned business and supercharming. It’s also a great spot to grab a fancy little gift for any chocolate lover.

I like small chocolatiers. They almost always taste better than their big corporation counterparts. Most importantly you can taste your chocolate before you buy. I make mochas at home, so I am always on the lookout for a good chocolate sauce. Their powder tastes more natural than the commercial hot choco mix that is commonly available. I wish they had some low sugar or 0-calorie sweetener chocolate options.

Best Ice Chocolate!!! Went back a second time today and it was as good as the first. Bought truffles and two jars of dark chocolates and looking forward to eating upon return to NY!

Beware, even the items that are supposed to be nut free from here can set off a nut allergy

The place looks nice, unfortunately their hot chocolate lacked flavor, if you are paying 5 dollars for a small hot chocolate that is tasteless, in a place where they sale chocolates, it means they need to really work on improving their recipe. Pastries were okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You get better tastting hot chocolate at a 7 eleven store for a fraction of the price.

Artisan chocolates (truffles, bars, cocoa, drinking) in Little Italy ?? Nice coffees and small pastry selection. Don’t miss Mexican Truffles. You’ve probably sampled their chocolate at a farmers market. Well done that they now have a shop!

Very friendly place!!
