The staff acted as if they somehow held the secret to life and were unwilling to share it with us lowly peasants who consequently keep them in business and supply them a paycheck as we pay over 50$ a pound for their products. Both times I visited this boutique I spent well over 100$ and on my last visit was berated by a person called Hugo and couldn’t even get a sample expression from a lady who didn’t have a name tag on… I love the product which is why I don’t mind the up charge but if this kind of service persists I won’t continue to patronize the place. It’s not about the sample of coffee the lady refused to make me even though she was standing right there making samples… it’s about the attitude of elitism and indifference that the associates showed me both times I entered their precious domain.
On the 21st of May 2022, I purchased an espresso machine and an Aeroccino. When I got home, some parts were missing, and I called customer service a couple of times. They said they sent it, and I did not get it yet! I contacted them via chat, too, but I didn't get it until today, which is June 1st! That was a bad experience as my first experience!
What a fun place with amazing coffee. The smell (at least for me) is intoxicating.

Had a great experience with Terry. She shared all there was to know about each machine and their exclusive coffee line. She then proceeded to create fresh espresso tasting for us. I will be purchasing a new nespresso machine in December. From my experience this is the best coffee and coffee makers on the market.

This is an excellent choice for all your Nespresso needs! Right in the heart of UTC Westfield across from UTC concierge. I bought 3 10 packs for $7.50 each which is less than target or Vons. Vanilla Eclair, Cocoa and Creme brulee...mmmm so good
