The Good: OMG I love the outside atmosphere on a Friday with the singing group. This place is a hidden Gem. The BBQ burger is so delicious with Mac and cheese and the side salad with the crab cakes had really good dressing. They had vegan options on the menu and the Ginger beer was cold and delicious ?.The bad: Indoors was hot.The ugly: the parking lot and then getting out on to Euclid.

Oh my goodness the grass fed grass finished burger was the best ever!!! The potato salad was very good and the service everything was just amazing can’t wait to go back.

I really hope this place is employee owned. You can tell that the staff puts their heart & soul into the service and the cooking. Great vibes off the beaten path near City Heights with phenomenal food and service. A lot of their food is locally sourced and you can taste the quality for sure — Everything on the menu is good! In my mind, this is a traditional, hearty menu with an American influence. Great beers, kombucha and cold brew on tap. If you’re into bluegrass, folk or jams, they have live music often. Spacious seating, kid friendly and clean bathrooms. We will be coming back here for years. Great job, everyone.

This is the type of place I am most excited to find on vacation. A cute, fun, funky restaurant with healthy organic options. Hip, but not too hip - it's perfect. It's fun to tour the garden center next store as well. Would love to come back.

This is one five star review I'm reluctant to post. It's a small restaurant and if it gets too busy it may be difficult for me to get a seat. I dine here regularly, it's one of my favorite places to eat in San Diego.

Very cute space. Good food. Reasonable prices. Live music that didn’t drown out table conversation.

Used to be one of my favorite places to grab lunch, but the service has really declined. Vegetarian options, but the potato salad is much saltier than it used to be. Tempeh "blt" is okay; not as good as the one at True Foods. Now the biscuit sundaes are only available Saturdays and Sundays. Tokyo mule is very sweet. Arugula beet salad is basic, not interesting but plenty of beets. Outside area is still nice.

They have no fries and that is just unacceptable, how are you going to sell BBQ burgers with no fries. I am a proud Mexican who does not want to eat slaw or chips. Or any vegetable salads please add an air fryer I'll buy $100 one for you

Food was fresh and delicious! The quality of the food is reflected in the time it takes to produce it so don't go here if you are in a hurry. The atmosphere is laid back and chill with a good amount of outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. Awesome drink selection! The staff is friendly and helpful! Shares a parking lot with the nursery next door so parking can be limited.

I did not think the biskets and gravy dish was satisfactory. Worst was that I ordered the sausage gravy and the sausage was added in bits to the gravy. The gravy was made without any drippings and so had a flat taste. I think the bisquet was more like or actually was an English muffin that was then overtoasted on the bottom. The amount was plenty.
