This coffee cafe rocks and fits my nerdiness well. Scales, precision and lots of options. They take time to make specialty coffee correctly. And there’s some decent croissants to go with a beverage. Service is more friendly than many places. A welcome upgrade from the chain coffee shops and baristas.
If you like being ignored while picking up a mobile order, Mostra is the right place. None of the baristas are attentive anytime I come here. You can barely hear them call out your name over the loud music.
Very definitely a craft coffee shop. Guess I'm getting old, lol! Slow service, but fun to watch. Beautiful fixtures. No one who works there is in a hurry and I'm sure they make a more excellent beverage because of that. No place to sit for this old lady and her friend. It was too cold outside that morning and the trendy little wall benches left no room for my friend and I to actually sit our beverages down, let alone juggle her newborn and actually look at each other while visiting. My beverage tasted burnt, but in fairness it was a creme brulee style hot drink and the sugar on top was torched, so it may have been the sugar rather than the coffee that had a burnt flavor. I will try it again, but on a warmer day when I can sit outside and have a table to set my beverage on.
Can't say enough wonderful things about Mostra coffee!! Croissant fresh baked and crispy. Oatmilk late delicious!! Super friendly, open early 6 am. LOVE Independent coffee houses❤
The lady taking our order gave me a blank stare when I said I was so excited to try this coffee since my husband is Filipino.The small gal with a headband and short hair was not friendly at all. They were out of bebinka and that’s what we went there for. Coffee was good, just disappointed. Will not be coming back.
Mostra does some things you don't see in other coffee places - they incorporate some Filipino flavors in their drinks - bibingka creme brulee, turon cappuccino with jackfruit and banana, and even an ube latte. And the coffee itself is so rich and smooth.
We tried Bibingka espresso vanilla late and peppermint mocha both are really good, the atmosphere of the place is interesting ? 5 stars

They have Turon Latte, Ube latte, Bibingka Coffee. 3 of my favorite Filipino dessert and made it in coffee flavors. Very unique. Atmosphere is relaxing. Good customer service. I highly recommend.
