The Soufflé Pancakes were amazing! So many good things on the menu to choose from. The breakfast fried rices was amazing also (I would take out the broccoli, makes it taste more like a stir fry or something I would eat for dinner). Ambience can’t be beast, especially with heated toilet seats. I would highly recommend

This is a cool restaurant overlooking India Street in Little Italy. It's a bit loud inside, but a fun atmosphere. The food is excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The fried rice is a must have. Not what you'd expect for breakfast! The lobster omelette is the best I've ever had. The lobster was tender and flavorful.
Morning Glory is absolutely incredible. A must visit! Between the unique and delicious dishes to the incredible aesthetic and vibe this place is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before. All the staff are so kind and hardworking. Our seat and our food was absolutely worth the wait! I can’t wait to return again someday.
I have been wanting to go to this place since we moved here. For the last almost 3 years. And I finally decided today I was going to actually get up and get out of bed so that we can get there in time because otherwise the wait is anywhere from an 1.5 to 4 hours. They open at 8:00 and we got there at 7:09. We were the third people in line. The restaurant itself is beautiful. We had an awesome waitress. The food is delicious. The drinks are amazing. And the bathroom is ridiculous. Look at the video. It's crazy. It was worth getting there so early. I cannot wait to bring my best friend when she comes to visit.
I loved EVERYTHING about this place!! ???It can be a long wait, but it's SO worth it!! Incredible vibe, fresh/delicious food, and top notch customer service! ??Though it may be irrelevant to most people, one thing I particularly loved was the staff "dress code" ... Although everyone had the same standard overalls, they all dressed them up in their own ways, and I absolutely LOVE the creativity and artistic expression of each person! I think that freedom says a lot (of good) about the owner.I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back next time I'm in San Diego!!#SatisfiedTexanTourist ?
The whole vibe is “fun/feel good!” The food is bomb (I’m lookin’ at you, soufflé pancakes), and the staff is just delightful, helpful, and friendly. My one and only waaah-waaah about Morning Glory is that they don’t take reservations, which is a bananas to me, considering they are always incredibly busy.
A breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant? Okay, I guess, sure. I don't know what I was expecting. I couldn't have expected what I found, because I couldn't even have imagined it. Morning Glory is like a dream! It was almost surreal. It would be an understatement to say it exceeded expectations, because, like I said, how could I expect such an experience. I thought I was just going for lunch. The whole package: the vibe, the decor, the food, the cocktails, the service--LOVED IT!!!!!!! We are vegetarians and had no trouble with vegetarian and vegan options. The food was creative, delicious, well-plated......We ordered virgin Bellinis-delicous. We sat in the corner balcony seats facing North San Diego Bay in the distance. Wow! The server, Bobby was cool, professional, and helpful. We live near the water in James Bay in Victoria BC which is a really beautiful place to live.......but I miss San Diego and I can only dream of being able to walk over to Morning Glory to repeat one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had.
Awesome breakfast!! Staff is friendly and food is excellent. Reservations not taken but wait list by text was easy. Don’t miss the soufflé pancakes. But there’s only 2 so you might not want to share!! Crispy hash browns are yummy. Definitely recommend.
