Rice is always so dry and/or undercooked. Service was non-existent by our server on July 6. He didn't ask how we were doing. Only asked if we wanted more meat. He was also a little aggressive when bringing the plates of meat to our table. It's like he was mad or annoyed that we kept ordering meat. I don't mind paying the 18% service charge, but the servers should at least try to make a good effort and/or pretend like they actually want to be at work. Chopsticks (re-useable ones) are starting to look a little old. Looks kind of gross because the paint is coming off. Understandable because of wear and tear, but I think they should be replaced.
Delicious and the shabu shabu experience was great! Customer service needs improvement. Seems like the staff didnât want to be there.
Not a lot of vegetable selection and not a lot of seafood selection. Also the sauce bar was tiny and only had a handful of sauces. Our server was very rude and everytime we asked for something (which was rare, and Iâm very friendly) she always made it seem like it was so much trouble to do or get it for us. She had an attitude the whole time. I donât think Iâll be coming back here.
It was awesome but the waiter changed while we were eating and it was a little confusing since we were not informed.

The service was really bad. We go have hot pot all the time and have never been anywhere that the service was so slow even with a reservation. It took us awhile to get a table and the food was tasteless.
Very good place for a gathering for a birthday since it's a buffet. The meat is good and the taste is also good.
Came in for fathers day with reservations, great quality meat. Self serve bar for drinks and vegetables. The only mediocre part is the service, you do have to wave down your server to get more meat but besides that, food and ambiance are great.

Only 2 servers working at that day. Hard to look for a server for meet.
