FIRST TIME COMING TO MIMIS CAFE. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL INSIDE. NICE CLEAN BATHROOMS . THE FOOD WAS SO DELICIOUS ? AND THE DESSERT WAS OMG TO DIE FOR. AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. TODAY I MET A VERY SPECIAL LADY KIMBERLY OUR WATRESS. SHE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KIND. I NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I HAVE THROUGHT I WOULD MEET HER. SHE WAS THE PERFECT WAITRESS. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND I HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND MIMIS CAFE FOR THE WONDERFUL CHOICES ON THE MENU . MANGO TEA IS VERY GOOD TOO.

The food took an extra long time to came out. Arrived very cold, but after already waiting a while we needed to eat.The toast needed some kind of jelly that wasn't offered. The seasonal muffin was warm but very dry.Overall 6 outta 10. Would probably give it another try for dinner.

Delicious brunch place in San Diego!Really lovely staff and a large brunch menu!I’d the Brioche French Toast and it was delicious! ?

We had an excellent lunch. My Cobb salad was fresh and yummy. My sister in law had a lovely breakfast (which is served all day) and my husband really enjoyed his ceasar salad and French Onion Soup.

I ordered the corn chowder and the Shrimp pasta with a strawberry lemonade. The rating is based on the food. The corn chowder tasted a little burnt but not enough to be gross. The pasta was good but it was salty. The lemonade was good with free refills.I didn't get my waiters name but he was very nice and attentive. The restaurant looks clean and is definitely for an older crowd. Plenty of parking for lunch but dinner time is a little bit harder to find parking as they share the parking lot with a gym.

Usually Mimis never disappoints. However this time they let me down big time. I know photos show food similar or close to the actual thing, but this pain perdu with berries looks NOTHING like the description. I thought I was getting 2 full bread pieces cut in half (4), and got instead 1 big piece cut in four. They were tasty, however the portion feels completely inaccurate

Delightful! One of the best restaurants in San Diego. I live in San Francisco but this place it's become my obligatory stop for breakfast when I'm in the area. Exquisite food and the personal is amazing, always prompt. Highly recommended!!

This place is not what it use to be! The foods really cold !! Taste like rubber sausages sent it to get heated, came back cold again ! Wow!

We went on new years eve and it was quiet. We got our food quickly and we enjoyed our French dip, turkey dinner and corn chowder. We will definitely return!

Todo es muy rico tanto en los desayunos como en las cenas, muffins y sándwiches de buen tamaño para largas caminatas en los museos.
