Bad service 2 out of the 3 times I went. Garlic noodles was under cooked the first time. Second it was cooked correctly. Third time ordered a soup. Was missed in the table order. Nobody checked to see if the order was correct during the shift change…Reluctant to ever go back

The menu was all over the place, example one part of the menu has fries and tots, ceviche on another, and Pho on another section. We came in close to closing when only 2 other people were in, staff instructed us to sit wherever we like so we picked our own table and the staff asked us to move and sit at a different table that she chose after we were settled in which was odd. The food wasn't bad but was different, the ceviche flavor was over powered with sesame oil, the Saigon wings and egg rolls were okay, and the pho broth didn't taste like an authentic pho broth.. it did take about 15 minutes before we received any water which also through us off as the couple that came in after us was offered water as soon as they sat down. The over all experience and food flavors is a 2 star for us and we don't plan to return.

very friendly staff and excellent pho :))

***Review on food only. I ordered food from this restaurant through Grubhub***Very disappointed. Ordered shrimp pho and the broth was bland. Pork egg rolls had no pork flavor. Chicken wings had no salt. I also had to remove some of the remaining feathers off the wings as I ate. Horrible experience. I dont recommend. I have had much better pho at other restaurants on Convoy. POV: sorry if you like the pho here you probably don't know Asian food.

I ordered the Trolley Bowl to go. The broth is tasty but the portions are very small. I’ve been to pho restaurants where they fill the containers. But this place fills the noodles and meat to less than halfway of the Togo bowl and they don’t fill the soup container all the way up either (SEE PHOTOS). I wish they gave more food in pho noodles and meat. I’ll probably keep going to Pho Duyen Mai as it is consistently good and they don’t give me a headache about extra condiments. The thing about ordering Takeout, you need extra condiments because you can’t ask a server for more. This place doesn’t do that. Also PDM gives you more food, so value for the cost, Mignon Pho could do better in terms of service and value. I’ve eaten at many pho restaurants and this one is not my favorite.

We’ve been here a few times, and the food is great! Though quality can vary depending on the day.Service left a bit to be desired. It was an hour before closing, and 80% of the restaurant was empty. Right after we sat down, one girl glared at us and booted us off the table, saying “You cannot sit there. It’s reserved for bigger parties only.” We did not know, and would have been more than happy to move had she said so kindly…She gestured towards smaller tables near their open doors. Needless to say, we were cold during our meal, and all the tables identical to our first one remained empty right up until closing.

Trash, all fat in trolley bowl, disgusting! The worst pho I ever had!

Food here is always good. They let you build your own pho. I like their rice dishes and their vermicelli dishes. They have limited milk teas (maybe 3 flavors) but they don't do boba.

This place is bomb. Today took my friend here. We both love some good pho. Before we sat down he’s like,” I got to take you to this place down the street it’s great.” After the meal he says,” Bro! This place is soooo much better!” Just saying this place is my favorite. They do the pho right and the got a great drink menu with some pretty exotic loose leaf teas.

So I've only been here once but I have to commend the staff/servers. The day I went they were understaffed and the place was packed but the server did an amazing job of making sure everyone's needs were met. The server was very friendly and helpful as well. Now in regards to the food it was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Aside from taste the plate layout was also very pleasant to the eye. Lastly I would say this place is very family friendly and the location and parking is very convenient. They also take reservations although it is not required.
