Great staff, very helpful. The karaoke device was in not available in English, but staff was able to help us a little with some tips to guide our music selection. Good drinks.

Way too expensive. The machine is all in Chinese and offers almost no songs in English. Songs are only is Chinese and Korean, not to mention that the machine did not function correctly and kept bugging out. Part of the machine was entirely nonfunctional (the tablet part). Do not visit unless you speak Chinese.

The interior of this place is really nice.Some pros and consConRooms have a huge glass table in the middle of the room which makes it hard to walk.The machine is not in English. So good luck trying to find any music. It will eat up your time.Staff is rude ? which was very surprising because they seemed like really nice people.We ordered drinks and had to order the same drinks 3xs because they kept forgetting .ProsVery clean place.Decor of the room is really nice.They give you fresh fruit.It was really fun despite all of that.
Worst experience ever!! The system was so hard to use. I couldn't find most of songs I wanted to sing. Drinks sucks and smell bad. One simple drink was 20+ bucks. Staffs are horrible and very very rude. Please do not go to this joint!!!
It was a horrible place. I would never go back again. I hope they close the business forever. The menu was all in Chinese and we asked for the explanation, but the staffs were horrible. There are no songs updated and even popular songs are not available. We tried for like 10 min and couldn't figure out anything. So I asked for the refund since we couldn't get any help and nothing was working. But the owner was threatening me to CALL A COP if I don't pay the full amount. We eventually paid the full amount and rush out from the place. I never had this experience in my life. I wasn't even drunk and they called me drunk and treated me as a criminal. They are insane people. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They deserve to close down!!!
