This is my go-to place for inspiration whenever I'm writing (always). I love the coffee (I'm mostly into either black or mocha). The inside is pleasant and the outside (by the vineyards) is inspiration-fuel. I'm blessed to live minutes away from this spot. Kudos to the owners for keeping this place as fantastic as ever over the years!!! Support small businesses!
The atmosphere is nice, however the coffee is surprisingly blah. I had drip coffee earlier in the week and got the Kenya pour over another day. Neither varieties were good. The pour over took a long time to be made and I think that's why it was bitter. So go for the ambiance, not the coffee.We went to Sunnyside cafe in Escondido a few days ago, and their pour over coffee is amazing. Worth the trip. And their panini breakfast "the works" was great.
Beautiful place... great service... Very clean... they don't heat the coffee a lot so make sure to ask for that if you want
Best coffee in poway/rb area. The cafe gives off a cozy feeling located at the enterance of RB winery. The blonde girl name Cecilia? Cesalie? She is amazing, lively, and has a great personality. Raquel makes the meanest delicious cappuccino. Your missing out if you don't stop by. Definetely a go-to spot if your looking for a great experience!
Wow, amazing place in a beautiful winery. Only 30 min from downtown San Diego and you feel you are in a completely different place.The coffee is great. Can it be better, SURE…. but still, I give it 5 stars. I ordered a vanilla latte and it would have been better if the coffee had a fuller body, other than that it was perfect.Overall great cafe. Well done!
This place is good for tea, coffee, small snacks and scones. They also have gluten free offerings. Unfortunately they run out of stuff. I believe they might get their food delivered from elsewhere like the quiche for example. Their egg sandwich they make on the spot. Good place to get some food when you want something small and did not make reservations at the other 2 restaurants on the property.
Great tasting coffee. It is inside the Bernardo Winery complex, and matches the rustic industrial chic. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was at a relaxing pace. Portion size are healthwise so don't worry about being stuffed. I would like to go back for the protein bowl.
