Review based on Combo #1, medium spice. Was pretty much as expected. Not bad by any means, but not great either. Fries were way too heavily seasoned to the point I chose not to eat them; a quarter of the seasoning would have been better. Not bad, but not worth $15.
Let’s start off with the good,The food is amazing IF you like food with a kick, I ordered my food mild, and my wife ordered hers naked, which came with a sandwich, fries and a chicken tender (which seemed bigger than the sandwich) the food was promptly made and hot (heat wise) which is always a good thing considering chicken. There are stool seating to people watch while eating, which can be good and bad, depends if your watching or being watched…just a heads up.The “needs work” aide of this review, inside seating is mainly for 2 people max at a table. The seating Was very limited so I chose to sit outside in the elements or have my chair bumped every time someone was near the register ordering. Possibly rearrange the seating to accommodate a little bit more elbow space between the register and people eating. I didn’t ask but please note the fries have some kick to them. Possibly the mild or even hotter level as far as spice, so you have been warned if you are on the lower side of spice tolerance. Also if you wanted additional sauce it’s an extra charge!!!! Yikes as you only receive a small plastic condiment container with your box meal. So plan ahead and factor in that cost as well per box. Parking is not a pleasure there either, there are a lot of stores in the complex, so don’t bring a big truck or anything larger than a four door sedan or small suv, you will possibly not fit within the lines. More or less about the complex and not Main Chick’s issue. So in conclusion, if you’re feeling like chicken this is the place for you, it’ll change your mind and surely scratch that itch.Would I recommend, YES, The only reason I didn’t rank them a 5, is the inside seating layout (not conducive for large groups at all) it’s a grab your food and beat it type of place. That really kind of killed the vibe, and ability to take everything in at least for me.
Me: Do you have gluten free buns?Worker: I'm sorry but I would not know the answer to that.Me: Can you ask someone?Worker: No sorry.Me: How about a Manager or someone in the kitchen?Worker: No sorry, we don't know.Me: How do you all not know? How does no one here not know the answer to if you have gluten free buns? Do you all not know what you're cooking with or have in the kitchen?!Was not even willing to ask anyone else!!!Ridiculous! Their food reads like it could be good but how good is it really with a staff of the unknowing. For a staff that knows nothing, it must be all prepackaged, ready to heat. I don't see how they could cook on their own knowing nothing.
Combo #1 is a good option for 1st timers has a bit of everything. Spice level Medium and Spicy is good if u like a good spice level. Mac and Cheese is good too.
Back in home in Miami, craving this sandwich I had yesterday. Best I've ever had. I can still smell and taste it a day later. The girl working there made me feel like I wasn't hard-core enough having it in a sandwich, so I had the tender by itself too. Takes you to some serious levels of heat you may never have been to before. I love this place. Open one in Miami.Supreme ????? ???
Just the right blend of sweet and spicy. Pretty good value too - they give you a ton of fries and decent sized sandwiches. I'm working this place into my takeout rotation.
Yo! This spot right here is life! If you are ever craving a savory chicken sandwich. You will not be disappointed. The chicken is juicy! The spicy are just right and that sauce… make you wanna…..
New to the neighborhood and this crispy, crunchy fried chicken is about to be a cornerstone of my weekly diet. Yet a regional chain, it is a much needed reprieve from the corporate vomit of this shopping center.
So, i just tried the Supreme spicy dark chicken sandwich. And it was insanely hot! I know i should smell the danger when they ask me to sign the waiver ? i really love spicy food and think my tolerant level is really high since i'm malaysian. But their Supreme spicy level is out of the world, i literrally felt like my heart/stomach was burning and follow by diarreahe, i cant blame them, bcz they warned me :) But i certainly go back there again and challege their difference level of spiciness, maybe next time just spicy or medium level (i have to downgrade my level now :)
As a owner Joseph should have his employees back more. The customer is NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. They're struggling to find workers and they let go a good worker to satisfy a KAREN customer that was not right... all the workers are always high on weed they don't wear gloves when they cook. 14hr and they don't even pay overtime! On top of that it baffles me that he threatens his workers by telling them he'll take out money from their check when money goes missing!!!! WHAT A MESS!!!
