Awesome tasting food! The portions are large and it was quick. Got a cali burrito and grilled fish taco. Good atmosphere and willbe back.
I came here for taco Tuesday. There was a variety for Tuesday special, but the menu is hidden. The employee had to verbally tell me each and every one with price. There is like 8-10 taco varieties. They basically give a discount to each taco they make. I couldn’t catch up with her. For a taco shop, the place is designed nice and modern, but no menu for the Taco Tuesday. It’s like the were hiding the discount. The food came out cool. They just need to post taco Tuesday menu.
Fresh ingredients, not overly-salted or overly-greasy, ample portion sizes (eg., one a la carte taco is a meal in itself). Staff is friendly. Food prep took too long for my first pickup order, but deliveries are quick.
They where bust but fully staffed and slow. You can tell they use good ingredients but sloppy burrito… more cabbage and rice than anything else. Not worth the price I paid. I’ll try again but not the Shrimp Burrito… oh btw fix your description of shrimp plates… these are not grilled. Service is just ok… not friendly just there. I don’t think they GAF.
I used to like this place, but won't be coming back. Seems like they're cutting corners. Burrito was a joke. I was halfway through and there was not one shrimp. Brought it back and they said keep eating to find it. I'm halfway through. They said they'll look at it. Then came back with "there's some shrimp at the bottom!" The lady was kind enough to say she'll remake it with extra shrimp. It wasn't extra shrimp. Very moderate. If that was extra then I guess regular has almost no shrimp. The woman at behind counter was a mask police, which I didn't appreciate either. Overall, bad experience, ok burrito, massively overpriced.
I used to visit this place a lot back then when they just opened up back in 2012, back then the taste on the food was delicious, I used to consider this place the best Mexican food on clairemont. I went back today after all these years and sadly realized that the quality on the food, salsa and customer service has decreased a lot. I don't think I will be coming back to this place
First time there today. Food was absolutely delicious. I got an Al pastor burrito, my wife got three carne asada tacos. Everything was very good. If you're in the area, stop in you won't regret it!

It’s a shame because this place is close to my house. They consistently mess up delivery orders. From the wrong kind of drinks to leaving out entire food items. Never put more the 1 or 2 hot sauces regardless of how much you order. The food is good but quality control in non existent.I’m adding this last part after I posted this already. They rolled the the wrapper in my burrito and it came apart just by me unwrapping it. [email protected]&! This place. I’m done!
