Hi everyone, just had to shine the spotlight on Orchid Cuevas at Luna Grill, she is a rock star at customer service and would do well in any profession.She sincerely greeted me from the moment I walked in with a smile and direct eye contact which never fanned.There was a mix up with my order for pick up but she helped me and fixed it, and was never inconvenienced by me or the problem but stayed with me with kindness and a smile the whole time and very helpful!Thanks Orchid for an amazing job!
I use to love this location. I drove 20 minutes because there is not one close to my area. They have a sign on the door stating they will not open until 11:30 but the door was open. We walked in, initially missing the sign, we were told “sorry, we are not opening up until 11:30 because we have too many orders”So they closed the restaurant to the public so they can catch up on Uber eat orders, but physical people drove here to eat. I won’t be coming back to this location. I had an appointment and wasn’t expecting them to be closed without warning because they think it’s more important to feed the online people.Only leaving this review so hopefully it won’t happen again because I love Luna’s food.
Wow, haven't been here for a while. Their prices have gone up significantly! $18 + tax, just for food. You might as well go to a nice restaurant for these prices. I think this is the last time I come. Not sure this satisfied me for the 20 dollars I spent.
I ordered take out and my food was Luke warm when I picked it up. Over $15 for this? Oh and 99cents for the tiniest side of sauce.Won’t be trying this place again.
Came tonight for Dinner and it was amazing, We had great service and delicious food. Eric the manager helped us deciding on what to eat. He offered the Luna Bowls. We went with the Keto bowl and added the amazing smashed avocado.
Love the Santorini bowl with chicken (no rice, extra kale). So many great flavors. Personable staff, especially Patricia who always welcomes visitors with a friendly attitude.
I'm really particular about my salads and haven't been to Luna before. But Patricia was really knowledgeable about the menu and we found a salad I wasn't picky about. Sooo good!! I'm so glad Patricia was able to help me find my new favorite salad spot!!
Shout out to Patricia for taking the time to walk me through the menu. I was genuinely delighted to see all the ways this restaurant caters to keto customers! Carrots instead of pita bread for the hummus, calorie info and even a keto bowl. Thanks for the time!
