The mead was great, the beer at Deft was great and Pizza Cassette was delicious. Great way to spend and evening with family, also enjoyed some live music from some folks called Planetarius. Highly recommend having a night here!
Mead…..Honey Wine…….. if you love a sweet or savory alcoholic drink you found it. Lost Cause is truly a gem. I’ve tried mead all around the country and they certainly do it better than anyone else. You won’t be disappointed. Also, if your friend doesn’t like mead there is a brewery right next to it. They share a building. Thank you so much for the awesome service great music quaint space and of course the fabulous drinks.
I'm always partial to mead but this is some of the best I've had in a while. It's dog friendly and shares a patio with Deft Brewing. Street parking only but there was plenty when we visited. My favorite mead was Cobblered to Death, it was a perfect mix of cinnamon and barrel aged flavors that I can't get enough of apart and so combined was even better. We also got their flight which was a really good spread, even though it was a fixed list they put some really prime stuff on it. We will absolutely be returning here.
Wow, this meadery is awesome. Mead can often be hit or miss but not at Lost Cause. The mead is quite sweet, not many drier options, but I was able to sample 14 different meads. I honestly enjoyed all of them and they ran the gambit from traditional to bourbon barrel aged with multiple fruits and vanilla. Mead is more expensive than beer or regular wine but it's well worth the price. They have 12 to 14% abv wine in bottles and 7% draft mead that's carbonated and can be taken home in crowlers. Highly recommended
Nice place, great staff and spectacular selection of Meads. The meads tend to be on the heavier side (not sessionable) but the flavors and options were fantastic.

The mead cocktails here are really good. I had one that was negroni style and one that was a bourbon style mead. The interior is cute, it's a nice place to relax. You can also get mead flights and even mead to go.
Loved their flight, the Haxa and Summers End were some of my favorites. Such a cool place, will definitely visit again!
Great way to spend your afternoon. Friendly staff. Great mead. I love there is also a cider place called Serpentine. And Rolling roots Vegan also. It is truly the trifecta!!! Great space outside. Good vibes. You need to check it out!!
