Hands down best pub in San Diego!!We came here for vacation not wanting to leave because of this place, I felt like a local immediately. This was such a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Super clean. Amazing staff!

The Irish eggrolls were outstanding and even better with their homemade 1000 island dressing. The main dish is where it goes sideways. The Shephards pie was no more the greasy burger with tomato soup at best covered over with cold potatos. The shephards pasta was hot but same greasy burger covered with cheese not at all Irish!!!!

I work at SeaWorld nearby. Tonight, after clocking out and NOT wanting to brave the traffic, I decided to grab a drink and dinner. I initially was going to go to the bar next door (via maps), but when I saw Irish pub, I couldn't think of anything but corned beef.Even if corned beef wasn't added .. BEST EFFING GRILLED CHEESE I EVER ATE! And as a cheese-a-holic, I'm kind of a big deal. ?Washed it down with an Irish whiskey that was strong enough to be worth the price, but not over done to the point that you KNOW holes were burned into your esophagus! ?*Note: it was trivia night and the mc was HYSTERICAL! ?Thanks guys!

Aside from being cold, greasy, and void of any vegetables… the shepherd’s pie isn’t even remotely authentic Irish.

The food is delicoius AF. The portions could be bigger. The staff is top notch and the service wonderful. Plenty of selction on alcohol--- they have free foosball and a golf game that looks new and fresh. Definitely the type of pub to watch a game or have a party. Indoor and outdoor seating plus the bar seats. Great bartender and fantastic chef!

Fun Irish pub. Great bartenders. I went to see their live music, which was great.

Great place, excellent food and service. The only issue is the volume of the music or game announcers, way too loud. We can walk here and meet up with family and friends who also walk the only thing holding us back from visiting more often is the volume problem. And it's not just the old people, all ages complain. Thanks!

Great spot for some delicious food and delicious drinks. Atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Owner is attentive to all patrons and personally greets all.

A nice little quaint bar with really good food and service. Drinks were good also. Everyone was very nice and the food was excellent! We will be back! If it is your first time, I recommend trying the corned beef and cabbage egg rolls with a very nice mustard dipping sauce that complements the flavors. They have a housemaid tartar sauce which is very good with their Cod fish and chips! The chef is very talented. Go good food!

Cool vibe and location, but my main complaint (and a large one, in my opinion) is the lack of real pint glasses for the Guinness. It's an Irish pub. A good pour of Guinness is the bare minimum expected of an Irish pub. It'd be nice if they had true imperial pints like Shakespeare pub, but they don't even have a standard pint glass for it. You get this weird glass that appears to be 14oz. A total buzzkill.
