We have lived in San Diego for a long time and have eaten at this place many years ago. They have improved the restaurant with plenty of tables and sitting options. The upstairs dining area has a great view of the water. We ordered crab sandwich which was so so. The food of many years ago was more delicious than of late. It's now average. Parking is still limited especially on weekends.

My family and I just got back from a weeklong vacation in San Diego. There were only two restaurants we went two twice, and this one was our favorite. The good food and relaxed atmosphere just made us feel at home. We could’ve hung out there drinking beer and eating different fish tacos all night. We may live 2300 miles away, but that place is part of our home. Highest recommendation

We decided to come here after seeing a YouTube review of their scallop sandwich. It tasted ok, but we expected something more flavorful. It was a little plain, and tartar sauce was weird. Eating it was a messy job; scallops kept falling off from it.

We remembered fish and chips being good here, but not this visit. Cod was tough, rubbery, perhaps overcooked? Too bad, because they were nice big portions of fish. Counter service wad very friendly, but food was disappointing. Mnrkj

Fast friendly service..good food..delicious strawberry marguerita.

Fish is always fresh. Shrimp have good texture and fish and chips to be eaten outside are very good. I just wish they would install a simple ticket and number system. We have gone there for about 15 years. Always have to jockey around. Some people form a line, others just go for whoever is free to take their order. People like order. Just install a ticket deal and call out the numbers.

My wife and I were going to Ft. Rosecrans today and our daughter recommended we stop for lunch at Point Loma Seafoods. I ordered the crab cakes, a favorite of mine. Sorry to say the crab cakes were very disappointing. First, they were seriously overcooked. Finding crab meat in the cakes was a chore but there was an abundance of other ingredients similar to a bread dressing. Very sorry to say that the taste of crab meat was mostly absent. I'm rating our visit as average only because the service was very good and given the size of the crowd, very quick. Recognizing that anyone can have a bad day, I will return "once" more.

If arriving by car, time your visit for off peak ...parking is impossible during peak days/hours. The food is always fresh, delicious and quickly prepared. The prices are reasonable and the servings are ample.

The Seafood was very good and fresh. Open air and outside dining. A little pricey for such a casual atmosphere. Disposable plates, plastic forks, etc.

Delicious food! Very friendly employees
