The lady in the front was rude from the very Beginning .I ask for the family pack she said we don’t have that .I said the family meal .She no don’t have that .I ask for the manger she pulled out the paper and was like oh this family pack ok .Then 20 mins later to pick up the food was cold small portions not even in the same packing as usuall super disappointed that I spent $72 on the family pack just for it to be cold .The spam musbi like they never even cooked it .Not sure what there issue was today but definitely not going to this lnl again .
Got there at 8:40pm, and a employee was already cleaning dine in area, there were two cashiers both without hair up, in a restaurant they are supposed to wear a hair net for a cleanliness and safety standard, the one with black hair kept passing her fingers thru her hair, they didn’t prepare my food so I was ok with that. But I noticed the girl cooking was not wearing a hair net either, and her updo was kind of loosely. People kept coming mostly to pickup orders, and one of the cashiers make the comment that they were stepping on the clean floor, and the one cleaning asked about the time, they said it was almost closing time, I felt not welcome at that time, I used to work at fast food, and we started cleaning after closing. I am definitely not coming back to this restaurant.
The worst L&L i’ve ever been too. Terrible food quality like they leave ingredients sitting out for days. it’s soggy and usually a total absence of vegetables in the bowls that are supposed to be there. I never write bad reviews but this place is always messing up. Hope this place goes under new management and in the meantime don’t bother going here for a meal.
I don’t know what happened here but lately when I order the bbq chicken from here I’ve been getting it pink and undercooked ? please step it up on cooking the food. This used to be my favorite place. What happened to the employees we loved ??

Decided to give L&L a try as it is our local Hawaiian BBQ place here in 92154! I was impressed! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome. Aaliyah, the cashier at the time, helped me decide what menu item to get as I was fairly new and unfamiliar with the menu item choices. Aaliyah recommended the Chicken Katsu as it is one of their most popular dishes. I was so amazed! The food was quickly prepared and was very warm and freshly cooked! The seasoning and portion sizes were perfect. Aaliyah ensured that I had everything I needed during my meal and that quality customer service is why I am leaving a 5 star review. Businesses with quality food and professionalism from employees like Aaliyah makes me strive to support businesses like these. Well done L&L Hawaiian BBQ!
Ordered on Doordash a few times and either the loco moco has too much gravy or the portions are really different. I got the mini garlic shrimp a few weeks ago and it was more than enough food. Now I got the mini garlic shrimp and it has 4 tiny shrimp. What the heck? Good thing I had ordered a musubi too, which tasted great.Please be consistent in your portions, I paid $9 for a few shrimp.

I bought two orders one mix and the other one a seafood both orders were smaller than normal, on the meats specially and on the the pork I found a woman's hair in it,very disturbing on ,to fill the orders they put more white rice this place is getting worse, last year I found plastic on my fish order.so when you get your order make sure you look at your food, before you eat it ?
Excellent salty spam sushi like a sushi roll with spam and I had spam ramen too. What a great combination like being in Hawaii on the beach with no money again. Castaway in paradise! The general manager came out to check on us but he was immune to my Jedi mind tricks and I had to pay in tender other than imperial credits, even though, it was still affordable.
