Very good food (specially the crispy pata, beef sinigang, and pinakbet). Big serving (not typical with Filipino restaurants). Friendly, efficient staff. Enjoyed the dinner experience!
I ordered chicharong bulaklak as appetizer and chicken inasal as my rice combo plate. I actually didn’t like how they cooked their chicharong bulaklak. I feel like it lacks flavor. I had to order it to go, since I didn’t expect the portion size to be big which is a plus point, and I don’t know if I waited too long to eat it (2 hours), but it was already soggy, with all the oil absorbed by the meat. It was not a good taste at all. Totally lost its crunch. The chicken inasal is not bad at all, I just wish they added chicken oil to elevate its flavor. Chicken is tender, the skin part is tasty! The dip, however, is underwhelming. I thought it was vinegar but for some reason it’s salty. The combo plate is a nice touch. Price is reasonable. I just wish they improve the flavors.
Kusina is the best! Last week I attended a graduation party in their large dining room. Everyone was raving over the friendly staff and the variety and quality of the menu items. Tress and David create such an amazing atmosphere to welcome and treat guests to a wonderful experience. The sound system was perfect for live music and speeches as well. They have a good selection of wine and beer. The facilities are spacious, modern and clean. I would highly recommend this venue for fine dining or private events.

Great service and delicious Filipino food! The way they prepare their dish is pretty straightforward, which I really like. I’m glad we tried this place. We’ll be back for sure!
