The food came out in a timely manner. It was good but needed more seasonings. The portion size is kinda small but the prices are more than what I would like to pay. For example, the seafood pad thai during lunch special came with only 1 shrimp! The satay chicken texture tasted too spongy.2 lunch special entrees, 1 lunch special appetizer, 1 regular entree and 1 iced coffee came out to be $53 before tips. And only had a small portion of noodles leftover to take home.
Nice food..good ambience, though I got a to-go this time.Pad see ew was good, Thai fried rice was average.
The food is very flavorful and authentic thai food! Chicken and spicy fried rice were top notch!
Lunch specials. And offers Happy Hour specials. And even have a loyalty reward program! And super glad our server warned us on the spiciness levels… mild was spicy for me! ?? but super yummy and the sweet peanut dressing with the side salad was perfect to cool my tongue! ?? definite recommend. Will come back for HH
I went to this restaurant today with my boyfriend. A young girl for service really mean. Since we sat down we waited around 15mins then she came ask order, on that time not busy there. That girl even she wear the mask you can feel from her face and eye , she is mean. That feeling like we owed her money. When we done and ask the box she not help to wrap. My boyfriend leave the tip there and when he saw that girl bad service then took half back. But honestly the food is not bad . Recommend owner change that girl. The customer was enjoying food there, not for upset!
My cripsy pork pad thai was not so good. Seems way to fatty. Vegan curry dish was good. Got take out.
Fantastic! I got Pad Thai w Chicken (Spice level 3), cream cheese puffs, and a Thai ice tea. The staff were very friendly and super fast. The cream cheese puffs were super bomb with a nice plum sauce and the pad Thai is delicious and piping hot fresh! Good thing I got level 3 spice as it had a very small kick. Thank you, I’ll be back!?????Yeww
Incredible flavors and the spice levels are perfect if you love SPICY food. The mock duck is the best I've ever had. Best kept secret for Thai in San Diego!
I like their green curry and pineapple fried rice. It was so good. But the papaya salad was too spicy ( I chose the spicy 3?).
I never, never, never, had food testing so bad in a restaurant. Really the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. Our destination was another Thai restaurant close to this one, but when we arrived there we saw that it was empty, so we presumed that it wasn't a good restaurant. We walked a little bit and found Koon Thai, they had many customers and the restaurant was looking nice so we decided to try it.We had 1 appetizer to share and 3 entrees (Crab with fried rice, a whole fried fish and a chicken curry) It did not even take us more than 2 minutes to decide to leave our plates almost full and to leave. The 3 of us agreed that we were never served food tasting and smelling so bad in our life.
