We love this place! It's a perfect spot to eat and have some drinks before a Padres game, and only a short walk to the stadium! The food is delicious and the drinks are super yummy too! Our kids love the chicken strips, the shoestring fries are amazing and us adults love the ahi poke and ahi salad! They have shuffle board and an outdoor patio in the back with cornhole, so it is super family friendly and perfect for bringing our kiddos! Definitely recommend!!

Very good food. Loved the fried pickles, second best fried pickles I have ever had. #1 for fried pickles of course was the Penguin in Charlotte NC which is famous for them.KB had great burgers, amazing service, awesome outside seating. We were in SD for a week and ate there twice because it was so good.

Great service. The food was good, had Flatbread, French fries and chicken fingers. The Flatbread was amazing at first, but it's less so as you eat more of it. Chicken fingers have a unique batter and chili sauce aren't extraordinary but certainly worth eating. Skinny fries and a good portion size for a side dish. Barbecue sauce tastes weird... maybe too much vinegar? Hard to say.Great beers, I would 100% want to go to happy hour here.

This place is great. We sat outside in the Backyard, and enjoyed all of the dogs hanging out. Food was good, and they have a great selection of Beers. They offer Beer flights, so you can try a few at a time.

Casual-fun atmosphere that aims to please and transforms your idea of bar food. Try the delicious sweet-spicy cauliflower, or the warm and tasty soft pretzel accompanied by a satisfying beer cheese dip. Want something more substantial? A poke tower or ahi tuna salad either will delight your eyes and palate. Good music, games, and good times. ?

Knotty Barrel’s is a fun place to meet friends and family. It has a large interior and a nice sized patio for those who want to dine outside. On my visit I enjoyed Chimay beer as well as a Pliny the elder. Only a place that is truly committed to beer would have them on the menu. This place will be a place I frequently visit for sure. It’s close to the Padres stadium which makes it good for a pre or post game drink.

Some of the best food in San Diego! Fresh & delicious options of every kind (vegetarian, fish, greasy & fried - they've got it). Seating both inside & outside - front & back patio. Great staff. Give this place a chance if you've never tried it - it'll be your new favorite.

Great beer selection, very good service

No idea if it’s good or bad. No one came to table. Went to bar to ask for a menu, was given a QR code which allowed me to order and pay (even gave a 20% tip). Food never showed up. Lots of empty tables so it wasn’t busy. Staff never spoke to me. $23 later and I went to a different place so I could at least get some food.Follow up to review. Called the restaurant, got to talk to manger. He told me that the app for the QR code is not for ordering food at the restaurant. That it’s for take out only. My burger sat there over a half hour. Bottom line, no service, no food and it cost me $23 to sit there 45 minutes waiting. Fortunately I went over to Halfdoor Brewing and got a great burger and fries, great service friendly atmosphere.

Always a good stop, but especially before a concert or game. Stopped in before Garth to meet up with friends, grabbed a couple of beers and whiskey, our friends were at a table in the back, life was good. Unfortunately my beer was totally skunked to where the pineapple tasted like butterscotch and I thought maybe hubby got me something new. Nope... it was infected. It was too busy and too late to return it and that was $15 down the drain, hence the reason for the 4 stars. Good night otherwise!
