I gave it one star because the food was good but the manager needs to do some customer service training . Very rude lady that took my order. She was also very rude to the high school kids behind me in line waiting to order. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with their customer service. Will not return to this location again. Hopefully they can take care of this issue soon.
The fries and biscuit were old and stale. Chicken was good
I ordered a 4 piece dinner all dark and a large loose corn. The chicken was old and dry and they gave me a small corn. No need to go back.
It was still open and the manager took me out. She said the information is not updated yet when I argued that it said it was open till 10 and it was only 9:30. She did not even want to assist us
Food was great. Service, OK. The first person who took our Order sounded like she had an attitude.
The staff at this location is super rude. They refused to give me my change and when I asked why they said it was a change shortage. Just like when everyone was in lockdown and hoarding change. Except there is no coin shortage and literally every other store gives me change. After that incident they handed me food that was barely luke warm, never asked me for condiments and gave me dirty looks from the food cooking area in the back after I told them that change shortage is an excuse to round up money. It was literally half a dollar in change. Now they keep an extra 50 cents and you get nothing but attitude. I will not be coming here again despite it being only a few blocks from my house. They can keep the Kentucky Fried Attitude!

We ordered half bucket original half crispy, received all crispy. Already home when we noticed it.
I can't give more stars because they close whenever they feel like it and don't acknowledge you
Its but that we can't order by phone and make it with delivered.? when is not easy to order by online.
