The sandwiches are always good but you do have to wait awhile to get them. Calling ahead and order is a must. They need to definitely work on their customer service the girl who is the manager is super rude and unprofessional she has black straight hair younger girl . I was waiting in line for a pick up order , and she lets some door dasher just walk up to the counter and get his pick up. Then she has the nerve to ask me if I needed something after I been waiting in line. Learn to speak to you customers. After this I will not be going back after going there over 10 years.

Very disappointed with the sandwich I got, on the menu it said Grilled beef. This meat was all fat, and it was disgusting (zoom in for details). The coffee I ordered was cold, I could taste the coffee that has been sitting there all day probably. It tasted gross. I ordered it an hour before closing (4:55 pm) and they close at 6:00pm, I didn't consider it last minute order for my hot coffee literally to be just a little bit warm. If it tasted disgusting at least it could have been hot, but oh well I'm never going back there.
Had the grilled pork Bahn Mai..so good! Baguette was fresh; the meat and vegetables perfectly seasoned. Service was fast especially considering the line to order. Lots of choices for drinks and Bakery treats too. Definitely will be back!
Their steamed pork shrimp buns tasted the best I had in my life and I grew up eating them. The bun was so soft and fluffy like clouds. The filling was flavorful. It had mushroom, shrimp, chinese sausage and pork inside. Whoever made them today is a pro ? It made my din tai fung dumplings taste bland. I am shocked.
K’s used to be great for sandwiches. They now have raised their prices from $4.25 to $7.00 and they now contain half the meat. I’ve been going here for many years and now I’m very disappointed in the quality and pricing. Bad management.
There was no one at the register in the front but there was someone at the register to the side. I even asked a few people if they were in line to order. I then lined up to the register on the side. I then noticed customers starting to line up at one of the front registers and the line continued to grow. When I got to what I thought was the line the women then asked if she could help me. I started to order and she then informed me I was in the wrong place for the line and was sent to the back of the line. Ive herd these sandwiches are good but they aren't worth it to receive TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Very good banh mi sandwiches, we went during lunch time so the bread was warm and crispy. Overall good amount of meats and pickled veggies.
Just an okay sandwich shop. The sandwich i had was good(fresh turkey and ham) but it was very dry and needed condiments and vinegar and oil.The bread was extremely hard(bread was fresh, but i didn't enjoy this type of hard crust bread on a sandwich). The restaurant itself was pleasant and very clean.They also have a lot of cupcakes and other yummy looking baked goods, so next time i go, i will skip the sandwiches, but try a yummy baked treat instead. ??
