Been to J&I about 6 times. Definitely my least favorite time was last night. I might have ordered wrong but the flavors just weren't all there.

The food was incredible but the service was the standout feature for us. We went for a birthday and the menus were customized with "happy birthday ___" written on them. The hostess, server, and a manager came over to wish him happy birthday and provided a small dessert for the occasion. Aside from that, the drinks were tasty and strong. The food was incredibly flavorful and portioned well. We only ordered a few small plates as our meal and it was filling. The sourdough bread is amazing and a must order to start. Overall, wonderful experience and would go back again.

It was a really special experience for me and my girlfriend. We were given champagne for our anniversary and service was absolutely incredible. Some of the best food Iâve ever had!

Took forever to get our food. After an hour fifteen we only had our bread order. Ended up canceling our main course after 2 hours as we didnât want to wait more. We spoke with the manager and they did comp some of our apps and our dessert which was nice. Pretty disappointed and will not be returning.
Food was mediocre, only 3 of our 7 dishes were seasoned and âmemorableâ We were not in the main dining room (enclosed patio) and the energy was not great either. Overall; expected was more.
