Jimmy’s is located right on the pier in San Diego. Jimmy’s has a large outdoor deck and comfortable seating. They also provide heaters for a chilly March evening by the water. Covid regulations for California were in practice. ( not many masks on patrons) I had the tuna steak burger served singed and coated in sesame seeds it came with two lovely sauces. I also had Garlic fries and my usual Arnold Palmer. Everything was perfect. My travel buddy had the signature burger with avocado and truffle fries. Also perfect.
My wife and I took another couple to this restaurant on a recent Friday for lunch. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor tables (they have two areas) and ordered drinks. Something went wrong and our entrees came out sporadically. I asked to see the manager and she was beyond great. She acknowledged that they were having problems, and made every effort to make things better. Bottom line, she replaced the entrees with new ones and gave us a 15% reduction in our bill. Very classy she was. We will be back again.
This restaurant was amazing. I loved all the food, but my favorite of the night was the pimento cheese (in the duo dips) and the charred Brussel sprouts, which are both appetizers. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and it was great too. The jalapeño scalloped potatoes were phenomenal. Overall, the staff, location, and food were perfect!
Food is great. We went on Christmas eve and the service was quick and attentive, and the staff was friendly. It is right on the marina so you can see the boats on the way in or out.
Place was OK, plenty of seating & clean. Bartender was friendly & attentive. The food menu seemed limited & over priced for basic food (hamburgers, apps & etc) and I did not receive what I ordered.

Wonderful service, and delicious food! Our waiter said she has been working there for 7 years, that only says it's a great place. Definitely recommend!
