Super chill dog friendly hard kombucha place. We tasted 8 of what they had on tap, not a single one disappointed. It was nearly empty when we came by at 5pm on a Wednesday. Plenty of parking.
Remote location in suburban office park. Mixed quality among kombucha flavors. Fun interior.
Super cool spot with really great service. Though nothing beats their famous JSL, there is a large selection of flavors to welcome all folks to the table - an absolute must stop in San Diego!...plus if you are a fan of games, head over for Tuesday trivia nights.
This place is great!! I tried one of their hard kombuchas at a restaurant in Del Mar called Viewpoint. Loved it so much I actually called them later in the day to find out who made the drink! That brought me and my fiancé to check out their tasting room and it was great. Good ambiance, dog friendly, board games available to play, friendly staff, and SUCH good hard kombucha. Really impressed with this place and will return!
Absolutely amazing. Did not expect to like hard Kombucha as much as I did. Not only were the drinks good, but the vibe of the brewery was awesome, talk about a great place to hang with friends. I wish I lived locally so I could be a regular.
Just stopped in this evening after work. They were having a trivia night which was sweet. Great music and good environment. Tried a flight of a few different kombucha flavors. Enjoyed the mango turmeric and jalapeño flavor. Will definitely stop by again ??
No other kombucha holds a candle to the quality and drinkability of Jaybird. Also, best damn trivia night in San Diego! Stop by after work for a slurp and a chirp with the Jaybird gang!

A few friends and eye came across Jaybird Kombucha… 3 trips, 3 growlers, and samples of their flavors have made us all believers! Fresh ingredients, a local team that brings it all together, and an amazing product, Jaybird is on to something big!
I drink regular kombucha and have been sampling hard Kombucha for years but have never found one that is enjoyable. Jaybird has changed that! It’s delicious and I’ve been back several times already
