i ordered on doordash and nothing was properly sealed nor was it put in a bag. there was no seal sticker on the drink and the food items were also not sealed in the bag. everything tasted ok, just kind of annoying that proper food delivery procedures were not followed.
This place is my favorite smoothie stop and has the best smoothies/juices ever

I ordered what I always get 3 or 4 times a week but this time my drink was not correct. I called and spoke with someone named Aaron who said he was the manager. I told Aaron that my drink was not filled up, the fruit was not blended, and my drink was thick as I ordered and the only thing he said was that they were out of the regular cups and that's why the drink was not filled up. When asked about the other things he didn't respond and when I repeatedly asked he said the website is online. Better customer service please.
Cool place, quite small but is not crowded often. So can grab a drink quickly anyway.
We left the store without our beverages. I didn’t have time to get the refund too… in our way to piano class ordered two beverages. Asked cashier how long it will take she confirmed 2-3 minutes. Waited 10 minutes and everyone before us left with their order. Approached cashier. They forgot our order. Request to rush it up, still the second employee decided to help another client. Left without beverages or refund since we paid partially with gift card and didn’t have time for it. Maybe tip was not enough :(No value for your time!
It wasn’t the fastest I’ve had but they made my beverage the way I like, some make it really watery when I’m ordering a smoothie, but they made my greens and ginger just right so I’m satisfied with the wait
