Armando the mgr is so unprofessional and illiterate. How is he the manager and does have a knowledge of how to prepare orders? My gf and I always come here and we are familiar with the staff. Armando served us our breakfast Oatmeal in a smoothie cup rather than bowls. He can’t say they were out of bowls because there was plenty bowls right on the counter. Oatmeal is a good, and food is not liquid and cannot be eaten from a long cup. Basic common sense that even a child would know. The girl Senait is always kind and professional unlike the Mgr. I would advise owner to change the Mgr or at least give a proper training.
I showed up 15 minutes before they closed. Wanted to get a smoothie after my work out. They were closed! They just looked at me… at 8:45pm… as I read their sign on the door that they close at 9pm. They need more manager supervision.

I am a frequent customer of this branch and I’ve never like their staff customer service but today Armando A was on point. He always goes above and beyond to help customers day. I was struggling with Apple Pay today because it’s my first time using Apple Pay, I usually just use my cards or cash but I was confused how it works and Armando A was very patient with me and walked me through the process. Absolutely respectfully guy. My girlfriend also said he’s the only person at this Jamba Juice location who provides excellent customer service.
I Love their ICE. ITS THE PERFECT SIZE CUBES......AND THEY GIVE IT FOR FREE.GOT TO APPRECIATE THAT.

ATTENTION READ THIS:I am a frequent visitor to the the Jamba Juice located in the College Grove shopping center near the Sams Club. I very much patronize the business and have been a supportive customer for more than a decade. I have watched this location grow in my community.I placed my normal order for a large Orange Dream Machine. The order was placed with specific details as shown on the picture attached. The order was taken by the on site Manager Star Martinez, she acknowledged and reviewed the order with me, the order was then prepared by another staff member.Few minutes later my drink was completed and handed to me. I exited the the store took a quick sip and noticed chunks of ice in my drink. When I ordered I requested no ice and it was acknowledged by the Store Manager. I have ordered the drink the same way with no ice for many many years.I am aware of the use of ice to thicken the drink however, I have very sensitive teeth and I request no ice for that specific reason. There have been times in the past when I have ordered the drink with no ice and staff has accidentally placed ice in the drink and they have never had a problem remaking the drink again to my liking. To my misfortune, today was an extremely horrible customer service experience at Jamba and the worst experience that I have ever had with a management level employee ever.I went back into the store walked up to the counter where the Manager Star Martinez was located and politely let her know that ice had been placed in the drink and I would like it to be remade with no ice. She immediately started to communicate and defend her position regarding why ice had been placed in the drink. She was argumentative, and exhibited an arrogance that was unyielding and would only focus on all of the reasons why it was so important that I understood that my smoothie needed to be made with ice. Never once did she identify or acknowledge my initial request. I interjected and asked her to please make the drink the way that I ordered it..... In addition, I reminded her that I paid money for the drink the way it was ordered. She continued attempting to over talk me aggressively and tell me I needed to listen to her explanation, truly unbelievable!The Manager told me with and attitude that she would not be lectured walked away and proceeded to remake the drink. She did not attempt at any time to defuse the situation. With an attitude she brought the drink back toward the counter sat it down and walked away. I asked if there was another Manager on site or who was her available superior. Another employee provided me with the store number and a different manager to contact named JR. Much appreciated!Due to the Managers arrogant, aggressive, disgruntled approach with me, I asked for a full refund. The very helpful young man on shift gave me my money back with no hesitation. Thanks very much!In business, I was always taught that customer service is.... If not the most important, one of the most important areas of business. I am very sure Jamba Juice trains their employees thoroughly about customer service, communication, overall politeness and etiquette.There is never an excuse to make a customer feel uncomfortable about ordering or buying a smoothie. Especially when the smoothie is made incorrectly. I mean.... We are talking about a smoothie. This does not reflect on Jamba Juice as a whole, just a really poor example of a Manager handling a situation with a customer. This Manager obviously has an insubordinate attitude, lacks experience in a Management position, and definitely needs more training.Not sure if anything can be done about this, hope Jamba puts in the effort to improve this employees performance
Hi I am a frequent patron of the Jamba Juice in College grove shopping center and have been for many years! My wife asked me to stop by and pick up a couple of Açaí smoothies and a couple pretzels so I stopped in and asked the counter person for the BOGO since it’s the 18th. I would have picked up a small smoothie for a $1 and a large smoothie at regular price, but I was told that they didn’t have that offer available! So I returned home with the smoothies and pretzels without the BOGO and was gently reminded from my wife about this offer! So either I was lied to or the counter person simply made a mistake and didn’t realize the offer exists which is a management to employee training issue. Customer service is your business please correct or I will choose to go to another Jamba Juice!!!
Love this place. I come here often and the only thing I don’t like is that the hours were shortened
Was handed an absolutely unacceptable drink cup, covered in agave syrup. I had to wipe it down with a napkin and no one even offered me a remake. The drink was poorly made, with the agave syrup just glopped at the bottom with no attempt to blend the drink made. Worst Jamba Juice in the area. Should be shut down ASAP.
