The burgers were great. I wasn't a huge fan of the fries but I like my fries crispy.Aside from how good the food was the workers here have an excellent attitude they're all encouraging to each other and they're able to work very efficiently and very quickly to serve many people in a very short amount of time.It was encouraging to see so many young people working so hard with such a positive attitude.

Burgers here tasted worse than other in-n-out locations in San Diego. Im guessing because of the amount of customers that come here, they are rushed through and just quickly make the burger without caring about the quality of the burgers.- quality of burgers are very bad, way too thin layer of beef patties compared to other in-n-out locations-fries were sogy and caramelized onions were old-only thing good was the ice cream shake
The In and out interview chapter didn’t work out. But I am happy to have the event go on. Christian is a very nice guy and loved how he offered water to me. The second personality is Adam and I am equally impressed on how he’s objectively focused and driven on making the restaurant, he refers to a ‘shop,’ work out to his superiors. During the penultimate visit, a woman ordered about 20 double-doubles. The locals probably are pleased with their providence. The staff seems nice too. Christian was seen outside making the crimson and white frontage glow and refit the trash binThe tables were white and red. The theme is more retro with neon lettering above the order desk. The most common customers are the drive-thru ones. They definitely have gotten faster. Some art pieces are on the wall that I didn’t have the leisure to have a closer look on. They wash their windows and wipe all surfaces. You can definitely dine outside but it’s really cozy inside. The left wing next is probably the hottest as you can watch their cooking in action. The busy times were said to begin on the lunchtime and weekend nights. The place and people do their best trying to be faithful in thinking about the customers and experiences
Not only the burgers here are good, the staff are also friendly, courteous, and honest. My wife accidentally dropped her wallet, thanks to the person that turned it in. When we got home after purchasing our lunch for today, January 16, 2022, my wife asked me whether I’d seen her wallet. I said no, we immediately drove back and politely asked for the duty manager. I asked Nathan, the duty manager if by any chance someone found and turned in a wallet. He said yes, and asked for the description of it. Thank God, someone did and my wife probably is the happiest person on earth at the moment. Thank you for that good person and the staff of In n Out Burger, Mira Mesa branch.
What more is there to say about an In-N-Out, it's a nice place with outdoor seating and great burgers. Order any burger, make it animal style, and enjoy the rest of your day!
The day after Christmas I was craving an In & Out burger. I went to the Mira Mesa location close to the I 15 fwy. You can expect a line when getting burgers here. My wait time was 25 minutes for 2 double double animal style. Was it worth it? I find the burgers always fresh , juicy and delicious ?. So my answer is yes when I have time to wait. The fries ? here a hit or miss. I've had fries over cooked and under cooked. They can't quite get the fries perfect. Overall, staff is very friendly and prices are still reasonable. Great burger. The place was full during lunch time but there was an available space.
The best. Enough said. Double Double protein style extra lettuce no tomatoes animal style with extra crispy fries!
