Our family absolutely loves Ike's, just not this location. Very rude staff that needs a bit more training with customer service and time management. There was one long time employee (possibly management position) and 3 or 4 new trainees during lunch hour that had no idea what they were doing. Few people dining in (we were a party of 3), few on their lunch break from work (which I felt the worst for as I'm assuming weren't going to have enough to eat after waiting 40+ minutes for 1 sandwich), and couple of mobile orders. We (my husband, our son & myself) ordered 3 sandwiches total and waited close to 50 minutes to get them. My son ordered a kids turkey w/lettuce & dirty sauce only on Dutch bread. His sandwich came out and had melted cheese and maybe 1 piece of turkey on it. I returned upto the counter and let them know and was told they would fix it. 20 minutes had gone by and still no sandwich (my husband & I waited to start eating until our son had his food as well). So my husband approached the counter and asked about it and was told there were about 8 sandwiches at least before he could get to our sons. Now we're in over an hour and once we were able to eat as a family, my sandwich was completely soggy and cold. We will never return to this location!
Delicious sandwiches! There has not been a sandwich that I’ve ordered that I haven’t loved. Fun atmosphere in the restaurant too. Cool retro lunchboxes and stickers all over the place. If you want to leave your mark, bring a sticker!
4 people making food yet they still manage to be super slow. Watching 2 people work on a 5 item order was like watching the looney tunes. My first job was a sandwich spot and there was 1-2 people working, yet we moved faster than this store.Time management needs to be worked on tremendously like wow! Slowest sandwich shop ever!
We ordered 3 sandwiches ahead of time at 11:32 and their website said it'd only take 25min. We got there 12pm thinking it should be ready. No, somehow several people who walked in to order got their food before us. How is that acceptable? They finally finished our 3 sandwiches at 12:35, AN HOUR after we ordered. If you want Ike's sandwich, go to another location.
Wow this sandwich was REALLY good. I just had an ANDREW LUCK Ike's sandwich and that was a heavenly delight served on a sourdough bread from God! Love is definitely put into each sandwich.
Great customer service, great food, and atmosphere.Highly recommend.
Awesome sandwiches and service!! We had Ike’s cater a tray of sandwiches for a co-worker’s retirement and they were a big hit! And the manager was super friendly and service was fast. Wish I had taken a photo of the nice tray they quickly put together but we were so hungry and quickly ate all the sandwiches. Everyone loved the fun names of the sandwiches too. I highly recommend!!
I absolutely loved the sandwiches! My family and I got the trinity, Jayme sirewich, and kids ham sandwich. I kid you not my son demolished his first half of the sandwich and then said "this is the best sandwich I've ever had. I can’t live without!" Highly recommend this place.
Great sandwiches! The Dutch bread is great because it is your with sugar.
They have hundreds of sandwiches, and can even make the sandwiches listed on their online menu, even if you don't find them on the menu board in the store. The best part....they have DOZENS of vegetarian and vegan sandwiches that feature alllll the mock meats! I've had the "Pilgrim" (a Thansgiving dinner themed sandwich) and the "James and the Giant Peach" (a Buffalo chick'n and cheese sandwich) and both were bomb! You can also customize each sandwich. They also give you a lollipop with each order . I would 1000% recommend this sub shop, especially if you have a plant based diet and you are tired of visiting regular sub shops and ordering their pitiful veggie sandwiches.
