Placed an order for pickup and I was told it be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later they couldn't find my order and said it would be another 10 minutes. I just canceled the order. They weren't busy at all but seemed unorganized

Great variety of tea and macarons with quick friendly service. The house milk tea was very refreshing and not too sweet. I also picked up 6 macarons for my fiance and she loved them.
So this place has been always an all time favorite, specially there basque burnt cheese cake. However what I don’t understand is why they continue to hire girls that have no training on how to make the drinks properly and the worst part about it is the horrible attitude when you ask them to make the drink the way you paid and ordered it. Alsothe special they offer is when he spent $20 you get a free macaroon. Now each girl has a different understanding each time but the one main girl I wanna point out at this location in Clairemont is the one who ignored my request and continued to refuse to fix my drink for a no ice $1 difference and ignored the free macaroon the place offers. Until I left the money and an extra tip for the barista to make the drink. All I know is having someone at the register showing her chest and tattoo without a mask is highly unprofessional. A rude attitude is horrible for business and I’m certain I’m not the only one that has experienced this countless times.Btw thanks for the tiki drink I’m not sure how this is comparable to the picture or how it’s actually made but only so much u can do after u paid for something and not satisfied.
Macarons were amazing!! Best I've ever had. The pork bun was OK, nothing special but not bad.
Food was delicious and the staff was amazing! Had the garlic noodles with popcorn chicken, Thai Tea, & Caramel Latte.

Great coffee spot with a huge selection of macarons. Mariah helped us out and she was completety amazing to deal with. We will definitely be back!
Ordered for pick up once and I will never do it again. I suggest you take your business elsewhere and here is why. Horrible service, the drinks look nothing like the menu. Menu states they include boba and other toppings and the workers don’t add it. Either being lazy or a huge scam for your money with the prices. You should get what you pay for. Macaroons are expensive and they just throw them in a plastic container breaking apart. Guy with awful curly hair has a bad attitude, lazy and can’t get orders right.Horrible service, horribly made menu items. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I ordered online and it took 20 minutes just to make one Boba milk tea to get ready. When I got there the employee working there seem in a bad mood and told me to get in line just to say I was picking up an order. I was rushing to go to work and just wanted a nice cold drink for the road. After 2 minutes of waiting for them to package my order, they forgot to even put a straw and just made me upset. This was a to go spot for my friends and family but after this, I don't even feel like going back again. It might seem exaggerated but I did felt served badly .
