Right across from my hotel when I visited my brother. Excellent portion size. Reasonably priced for the downtown area. Fresh sandwiches. Two thumbs way up

Ok so I moved to San Diego back in 2016. I've managed to get a job back in January 2017 that had me travel throughout a lot of San Diego county. But due to starting at 1400 hours, Grab & Go Subs was always already closed. Everytime I passed by this place, I always told myself that one day I'll try it. Fast forward 5 years later, it's my day off and I want breakfast, and I remember this place. I get ready and head out. Let me tell you, I knew I was going to love this place. I ordered the The Italian and oh man, was it everything I thought it was going to be.The bread was toasty and crunchy, the meats were proportional along with the veggies and sauce, and the coffee was absolutely perfect for this breezy San Diego morning. Plenty of seating indoors and out. Great selection, great service, and even more amazing food. This is definitely the type of place if you work a 9-5 job downtown around the area. And it's also a great place to just relax on your day off. I will absolutely be coming back with my lady next time. I loved it and I know she will too.
Their mochas are reasonably priced and delicious. Sandwiches are solid - wish they had just a couple more vegetarian options. Grilled cheese feta is scrumptious.
