They have a lot of really nice options for drinks that I haven't seen elsewhere! Everything I've had has been good :)
Terrible service, I wanted to change my drink to a large from small. The drink wasn't even made yet but because the The lady upfront was ao lazy to credit and recharge she said it can't be done. Lazy worker!
Very rude staff. They lost my order and had me waiting 40 minutes to get me my drink. Please be more attentive to your customers and staff up during busy hours
This place is a gem! The boba teas tasted great, they have a variety of flavors and options (very customizable), and the staff is super friendly. I loved the Strawberry Cookie Smoothie and the Crème Brûlée Earl Grey Milk Tea.I highly recommend this place!

I am so disappointed as this was my daughter’s favorite boba shop. We are regulars here and regularly purchase gift cards for friends and family. We were told our gift cards were discontinued and can no longer be accepted. These gift cards were purchased 7 months ago only. The manger said she was going to call corporate to see if there was anything that can be done about the gift cards. She got on the phone and walked away with the gift cards, when she returned she explained that the gift cards are no longer accepted because they are old cards. She went on to say they emailed to inform us of the cards exp. And we had 2 months to use it but didn’t. I explained that I never received an email from them and also questioned how they would have even gotten my email, she went on to say that anyone with an app received an email. Well, I didn’t have the app so it was “not” there fault I didn’t receive the communication. I then requested for my gift cards back and the manager said she bent the cards and toss them out already, therefore can’t give the gift cards back to me. I understand that changes happen and can accept the loss, but the way this was handled was so shady not thought out. Customer service was definitely not there. Gong Cha has lost a loyal paying customer. OMG, I was so surprised by the audacity of this place. Never again will you have my support nor will I recommend you.
