Steak sub was HORRIBLE the meat had so much cartilage, we had to spit out every other bite , we mentioned it to the staff and the reply was 'my bad' , not what I was expecting after spending $47 , very disappointed.
From the northeast, about an hour north of Philly. Ganglion Bros subs are delicious and taste like home.
I order from here a lot, and the food is great, provided they actually send you what you ordered! This is the 2nd time within 30 days that I have been delivered the wrong food and it is not something I can scrape off. I use the location on Friars Rd and everyone I call that location the phone goes to rapid busy directly which means they take it off the hook. I called the Pt Loma location, they answer but you are nicely asked to hold. I wanted to make sure they were paying the phone bills!!Besides requesting a refund, I will now have to find a new cheesesteak place.They have lost a loyal customer now. In this economy, trying to order from the small business owner, apparently this one is not interested in the appreciation and referrals.
I love the sandwiches there, but the last week or so I’ve tried calling to order dinner and ordering on several different apps and it says they are not taking orders. Did they close? If they are just too busy then I’ll remove my review but it’s odd that I’ve tried ordering as early as 530 and as late as 8 and they still won’t take orders.

Strong cheesesteak for SD. One recommendation would be to cut up the meat finer to try to replicate a standard Philly style cheesesteak. The meat is a little too thick which feels kind of chewy.
