Decent pizza. Service is friendly but not always accurate. Crust not great to me; didn’t seem fresh or chewy. And for the quality I’d expect lower prices even accounting for the rent I’m sure they’re paying. I’ve ordered a few times and had to wait 40-50 minutes after being quoted 20. I live 3 minutes from here and love pizza but tend to drive 15-20 min to pick up from other places.Edit: raising to 4 stars for two reasons. They had a good response to my feedback, and I coincidentally had another chance to try it, and the crust was pretty good this time. Maybe I had bad luck before…
Was a big Fresh Bros fan for a long time. I’ve steadily watched their quality of service decline- especially over the last year or so. I know Covid made it tough for many small businesses but shouldn’t there be more of a focus on quality and customer experience, now more than ever?? The dine in service is non existent- Seems to be run by high schoolers, Soda machines out of order, beer taps offline, and literally no silverware available. The “half baked” employee told me he was pretty sure Luna Grill had some if I wanted to go over there…nice. With great new pizza places in Carmel Valley that have recently opened, I’d say they are going to “eat your lunch,” but more likely, we’ll be eating theirs. Fresh Bros…thanks for the memories, it’s been real.
Well I went there for dinner I don't about you but the pizza and the chicken wings were amazing but the pizza was badly burnt to the crisped the wings tasted amazing just a little dry and the employees were very nice and amazing even letting me and my family get re-fills!! I'm truley grateful that the ladie working there was generous and was fast pace we did go on the non busy days maybe?. Over all I would definitely recommend this place!! If you like pizza ofc!
OMG the pizza was pure garbage. We tried the keto and regular crust. They were both burned and tasted horrible. Absolutely the worst pizza ive ever had in my entire life!
This place is do up and down. I feel like it's a victim of the pandemic. Well hopefully they get better. Typical their food is really good but sometimes on to go order they make little mistakes like not putting onions a salad or bring tye wrong types of wings on a delivery. I won't give up on the but domino's down the street has been taking some of their business from me. I say give it try and hopefully things will continue to improve.
My son’s orthodontist is in the same shopping center so while he was get his braces tightened I decided grab a few things to bring home. I placed my order on-line and the site is fairly easy to use and very convenient. I was told my order would be ready in roughly 35 minutes and that was great for us. When we arrived our goodies were all packaged up in a heated compartment. We got the kids chicken nuggets which came with choice of drink (we asked for chocolate milk but must have forgot) and one cinnamon knot. My son really liked the chicken, it was fresh and had a nice breading on them. Price a bit more than I would pay but worth it is taste I guess. We also got an order of the cinnamon knots which my son ate almost immediately when we got home. We got an order of garlic knots as well. They were good but a bit breadier than what we are used to elsewhere. We are used to fluffier, lighter knots but these were good and there was no lack of garlic or butter. I also did not realize when I marked “side of ranch” on the kids meal and the garlic knots that there was a charge for each (I thought one was included). Then again the ranch was good so I will just remember next time. Good food, looking forward to trying out their pizza and salads during our next visit.
Ordered through the app for pickup in 35 min. I arrived approximately 40 min later. Several people were milling around the order desk and the supervisor was clearly frazzled. I was told that they were behind as there were other orders. I was given a free beverage and my order was supposedly moved up. 60 minutes later, there's a disgruntled crowd. No pizzas are coming out. Issue is with running out of the prepped ingredients and having to do it on the fly. I could see my pizza order number on a box through the glass in the warmer. Also, my salad was sitting behond the counter. It took another 20 minutes to impress upon the supervisor that my order was done and to give it to me as it was prepaid. I live 5 min away. The pizza was stone cold. In their defense, there was a fundraiser event and they were not prepared. On the other hand, if you know there's a fundraiser event, it would be prudent to prepare for it. If i had known about the event, I would have avoided this day
They are not organized, the place have no management, I don’t know how it stays in business, the pizza is good but the ownership and management is very low. How you can take orders that you can not honor , more you give an ETA of 45 min , ok that’s a norm for a busy place , then you go in to pick up and they have you wait for another 45 min. Wow. Is sad . Not only should be shot down but is a lack of respect for the community and clients . Nice and thumbs down. Btw , I feel sorry for the employees who take the heat from customers. Get a job where management appreciates u and gets you the tools to be successful.
We’ve been regulars for a long time but I’ve been so disappointed lately. I keep giving this place another chance and it’s still going down hill. Today our order took forever (it was a brave decision to get a delivery again as all our previous deliveries were messed up one way or another). Today’s order took forever because despite a few calls past the promised delivery window, they finally told us oh it was probably delivered to a wrong house. Great. They didn’t offer to refund our money (seriously)? Just give us another 20 min and we will deliver. We ordered this pizza 1.5 ago and we are a mile down the road. When they finally showed up they brought cold pizza. Thanks.Other times they’d put the wrong sauce on or forget the side sauces I’d ask and pay for. The place is not as clean anymore either. Outside tables rarely get cleaned on time and can be sitting full of half eaten food forever even when there are no customers in site. When mask mandates were/are in, a few cashiers would keep them under their noses always. I just find them care less and less. I will have to find a new place.
Hi, my husband and I used to be regular customer to fresh brothers. We just loved their wings and thin crust pizza. But recent times the service has been really poor. We had to wait for almost an hour and a half to get our order and to top it off they give the order with items missing… this has been happening for the fifth time in a span of 3 months. I hope their service gets better.
