I once had a serious thing for their lumpias until I purchased a batch of them frozen to take home for later, I went to cook up a few and enjoy my lunch when I realized that there was literally shredded plastic bag incorporated into the filling of the lumpia!‼️??Never ever going to eat there again.
Delicious Take-Out Lumpia for the office group. The tray of 160 pieces of Lumpia I bought didn't last 15 minutes! My officemates luv'd it!
Very popular place with a variety of Filipino foods. Lumpia appears, by far, to be the number one attraction. You may have to wait in line for the goodies but ya need to wait. This is a hidden San Diego attraction. Can't find better Filipino food in San Diego!
Not fancy but they make great lumpias for simple finger food snacking.They make you feel like family!

I don't know what the hype is all about. My husband and I got there early and ordered beef lumpia, chicken adobo and pancit. I am so sad and disappointed because these are the worst I have ever had. Lumpia have no taste, only of the oil it was fried in. Chicken adobo was old and taste only of soy sauce and the pancit was nothing special.
Small takeout place with excellent Filipino food. Great prices and seems to be very popular. Be aware, last time i was there they took only cash.

This is the one and only place to get Lumpia anywhere!. Don't even bother attempting to try other inferior Lumpia. Do yourself a favor and come on down to Fredcel's! Every time I come to California we stop here and pick up a bunch of them. Last time we stopped and got a bunch of frozen ones to take on the plane with us back home lol! Thank you! ?
