We had a wonderful anniversary lunch. They even brought out fries for my toddler.
We were in San Diego on a business trip and always like to try the local Fogo De Chao. We were greeted very warmly and seated right away. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. Customer Service Representative Michael Di Iulio came by to check on us often to make sure our dining experience was impeccable. We told him about our home Fogo in Indianapolis and the others we had visited in our travels. We were very impressed with the service and variety of foods available. You have a wonderful operation here in San Diego !!! Donât change a thing as we will be back this way again !!!

It was our first time experiencing the restaurant. We made reservations in advance and Iâm glad we did because it was quite busy for a Sunday. We received and introduced to our waiter, who asked for a drink orders but then left right in the middle of asking us to address other customers. We signaled for him to come back and he said I was letting you make up your mind. Quite awkward. Especially since it was our first time there, we thought heâd give us a more formal explanation but it was very brief. After that we did not really see him until the bill came. The staff who brought the meat around were the people we saw the most or the staff who picked up our dirty plates. Out of all of the staff that brought the meat around, there was only one that was just genuinely customer service oriented & friendly. The rest were almost angry in their demeanor. They didnât act as if they were enjoying their job and from all viewpoints, appeared to be annoyed when we asked what the meat they were bringing to the table was. It was again our first experience. As for the salad bar, it had some basics but I think it needed more. We were there for almost an hour and a half and went back several times and did not find everything replenished such as watermelon. We wanted some thing in between so as to cleanse our palates. Overall, the food was good but not sure weâd go back again with the lack of customer service satisfaction.
Unfortunately I was bummed about my experience. I have been to other brazilian steakhouses and had a great time. This one was not good at all. Service was not good, food was not good, options were limited. The value was not worth it. they charged us for water and a soda I didn't like. The waitress forgot a lot of things.
The restaurant area was overly crowded⦠ti the point that people in our table have to literally have to stand up in order to get out of the table.. I was surprised that the fire department ok that kind of settingâ¦
Great place
We got the full Churrasco Experience, the place was very crowded and loud even though it wasnât dinner time yet. (5:15pm) The market bar had many different types of food however, the food wasnât as good quality. The watermelon salad wasnât, the cantaloupe had no taste and there werenât enough food clams. It took a lot of time for them to replace the food that was ran out of. Overall, it wasnât the best experience but it was alright.
