Bird S**t covered patio is a bit too close to a farmerâs table. Besides, this is Little Italy, pasta and pizza should actually have flavor. Nothing looks appetizing next to this: (see pic)
Server did not get us drinks until the foo
We had amazing food and great location, but the service was absolutely terrible. Spent over $300 and weâre just really disappointed.
We had a party of 9 people for a reservation, and although we were seated relatively quickly the service was slow and our drinks took a very long time to come- and very sporadically. We had to remind our server on several occasions of missing cocktails and then one persons dinner was forgotten and came out 30 minutes after everyone else. Then we received our bill and we were over charged for 2 drinks and had to wait a long time for the manager to fix it. Overall, the food was mediocre. My salad was fresh but I felt the seafood (fried calamari, grilled octopus, and seafood pasta) was all sub par for the price youâre paying. I love the look of the restaurant and the ambiance, but I would not return due to the service and food quality.
Where do I start. Worst attitudes I've ever witnessed in a restaurant. Serious health code violations. Filled up waters just sitting and getting dust/bugs in them. Our server didn't check once on us, I sat there with an empty drink and water glass for over half the meal and zero people came over. Beans are watery, "Jambalaya" was soggy rice and sausage. Undercooked eggs. Our table was right next to the server station and let me tell you, they never clean the hot sauce tops. A simple curtain would keep customers from seeing their gross station. Steer clear of this place, I've been in the industry for 10+ years and this place is so bad
Very poor restaurant no idea how they got the reviews. Every restaurant close by was full and this place was as empty. I now understand why.
Cool evening and were informed that all of their propane tanks were empty. Waitress was unpleasant. Unfortunately, theyâre too busy and understaffed to give their customers quality care.
The pasta dishes were excellent and service was perfect!
Service was slow and lacking. Food took a while and we had no utensils. Literally had to flag down our server to get utensils and water. Ordered the spinach dip and was given 3 thin slices of bread. We ordered 3 cioppinos and asked for bread upon ordering. Food came out with no bread. Had to flag down our server again for bread and was given 3 slices of bread for 3 big platters of cioppino. When we asked for more bread we were told they ran out! We were given wheat toast instead. Disappointing! Farmerâs Table in Clairemont was much better. Servers were attentive and personable. Plus, the food seemed to taste way better too!
We had breakfast this morning here located in Little Italy area, specious, indoor and outdoor seating. Nothing is extraordinary about it in matter of taste or presentation, slow service also they forgot our orange juice till the end and we had to remind them. Mid price. Not recommended
