So glad I found this place. I’ll definitely be going back! They have flavors that come with a consistency of ice cream, sorbet, and even a happy medium between the two. My favorite 3 were the banana, pineapple, and walnut. Do note, payment is cash or Venmo. Enjoy!

My family visited this ice cream shop everyday of our vacation. All the flavors of ice cream we had were amazing

This place had been a local staple for over 40 years. 40+ years!!! The ice cream is outer worldly. Rich, smooth, creamy.. nothing like it in South San Diego. ?????

Stopped in during vacation. Amazing ice cream! Will be stopping in again, next time I'm in town.

Delicious. They are very special in that it's run by a family, makes all the favorite flavors and a few unique ones, and it's got that old fashioned vibe. Shakes, cups, cones. You'll be back!

Flavors are good. My issue is the consistency of the ice cream. Instead of frozen bits of rice for the rice pudding ice cream why not blend the rice to make the ice cream smooth. Same with the banana ice cream. My wife got the gansito and mazapan. She liked the gansito bits but the ice cream itself not smooth and creamy. Flavors were good but that is the only part it will make me not want to go back.

Friends recommended but had never gone. Delicious home made ice-cream. I wanted to try a lot of other flavors but went with one scoop of coconut and one scoop of banana ?. I will be going back soon to try the flavors that I missed.

Quirky hole-in-the wall ice cream shop serving up milkshakes, sundaes, smoothies, paletas, and more. The ice cream here is made in-house and is especially creamy and rich. Next time you’re in Imperial Beach, stop by for some exceptional dessert.

One of our family's favorite ice cream shops! This place has been serving hand made ice creams and paletas to an enthusiastic home grown crowd for decades. Prices are super reasonable and flavor selection is stellar. That said, this place is about as unfussy as you're going to get. If you're looking for the newest gastronomic salted, charcoal-vanilla, truffle-olive oil gelato, this is NOT your place. But if you're wanting a straight forward strawberry-vanilla, rocky road, walnut, or coffee cream-based scoop, or a cantaloupe, watermelon, or pineapple fruit-based scoop, this is your place.Tips:1) Bring cash, they don't take cards2) Be prepared to either eat at one of the few slightly sticky plastic tables or on the curb, not a lot of seating3) Yes, it's in a strip mall, you're in the right place4) Don't sleep on walnut, that's the quiet MVP right there. Scoop of that and another of banana and you're in business.

Been a fan of Oasis since the late 90's. It's a simple little local ice cream shop that makes their own ice cream and the flavors are unique. My absolute favorite item I get everytime is the Banana Dip. It's a banana ice cream bar dipped in chocolate then rolled in shredded coconut and almond bits. Highly recommended. ?
