I’m not generally into junk food, but Evolution’s black bean patty with mushrooms and Swiss on a gluten-free bun hit the spot! Fast, no-nonsense service. I ate on the quiet, shaded, dog-friendly back patio. I’ve only got three weeks total in San Diego, so am trying to try everything on my list before going back for seconds, but I have been back already once. 1,000% more delicious than it looks in the photo, which absolutely doesn't do it justice. Parking lot and drive-thru option.
Boyfriend found this spot for me , so we decided to try it and I’m so glad we did . I got the mushroom Swiss burger, and he got buffalo chicken they were both really good but my favorite was the mushroom Swiss I 100% recommend this one ,also their bomb ranch with the fries was amazing and their drinks ! I like it too much that I had this burger for three days straight ! I would definitely be back when I go visit San Diego again !.

Customer service is extremely lacking. It was like pulling teeth getting a water and they did not give me cutlery with the order.Both cashiers acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for water and a fork.The food however is quite good.
Yummy vegan fast food, and they have soft serve ice cream! We tried two of their “chicken” burger combos and they were great. Fair price and left very full. Also got their swirl soft serve which was very big and delicious! Will for sure go back next visit to the city.
Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. This place was so flavorful, delicious, and filling. I highly recommend the black bean burger patty! I wish I could go back because everything was so tasty and flavorful. My family enjoyed everything we ordered but the black bean burger patty was the standout for sure. This is the kind of vegan restaurant I wish we had more of!!?
I tried the vegan chicken sandwich with two kinds of sauces in it. I felt some more sauce. could have made it better. Additionally I tried the loaded fries (cheddar bacon) and it was very good. And I definitely recommend their smoothies. It was yummy! This is a place you want to go if you’re trying to eat healthy and want to make a quick drive through stop.
My wife makes me take her here when she wants something special. It's actually a bit of a drive for me. I am very not a vegan, but I dig the house made ketchup. The oatmilk shake is good. The black bean burger is good. They are good, most of the time. I do have to say, sometimes we are utterly disappointed, especially the distance I drive for it. They just have off days. The ketchup isn't quite right. The burgers are a bit too wet etc. I definitely recommend. Even if you aren't a vegan.
