such a poor idea for a franchise, just another sandwich shop with larded portions of bread to serve the obese market of uncultured diners in the US. The people who patronize these places can also be found buying their Mex from taco bell.

never ever tried Einstein Bros until a few days ago! got the farmhouse w/ 2 eggs, it was a very hearty sandwich. the country pepper "shmear" was the best part.the farmhouse comes w/ the cheesy hash brown gourmet bagel. it reminds me of pizza hut's parmesan crust. the cheese flavor is there, but it's kinda burnt. not great, but ok!i was in and out, less than 10 min. friendly service. indoor dining n/a.something in particular that stood out was the divider between food couriers and regular mobile orders. good move. will come back to try something new.

Horrible manager attitude!! Service and all the people who work there!! We have been long time customers over 35 years own restaurant businesses in SD! The bagels were so poorly made. We payed for extra cream cheese toTomatoes and onions. They ran of tomatoes charged us 22.00 no xtra onions and never over to give Money back! I have a big mouth. So disappointed and I would never recommend this bagel shop!

Bagels were delish. Most important was the staff, engaged with me, and the manager was awesome while training a new employee.

The service is amazing! The server helped us chose absolutely scrumptious breakfast sandwiches, along with amazing chocolate chip coffee cake!

Love the place. I do like a response when I thank the bagel makers.

A 20 minute wait for a bagel and cream cheese? ?

Great environment and delicious food

Brisket breakfast Bagel is very good!! Everyone was so nice! Thank you!

I generally like this particular store but too often I go in on a Monday morning between 7:30am & 8:00am after work and the selection already leaves much to be desired. They need to step up their production situation as this is losing business for them. I am a "regular" and too often I am disappointed on Monday mornings coming in & having to leave empty-handed after a long 12 hour night shift at the hospital because they have run out of stock. Such a bummer!
