You know it’s gonna be a bad experience when your order taker acts like she doesn’t want to be there. Both sandwiches was incorrect ??So disappointing!!
06/07/2022Giving this chain one more try. But visiting a different location as I love their everything bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with plain smear and small coffee through the app. My order was ready upon pickup. The dining area and coffee dispenser area were dusty, dirty and the restroom was not clean. I'm appalled that food is prepared, served and eaten here. The hodge podge of goodwill tables and chairs lining the outside is unattractive. Especially since sitting out on the walkway would be enjoyable in the mornings.
Took them about 20 minutes to make my latte. They put the cup under the machine and leftIt there and continued taking more orders. Even after I asked they took another 10 minutes to make it. 2 stars cause I got a refund at least.
If I could give a zero, I would the bagels we got were under proofed and dough. The gal behind the counter was also very unfriendly and unprofessional. We ended up not eating either bagels.
I've been a regular here for more than a year but over time, the staffing keeps reducing and it gets harder to service both in store and order ahead. While I empathize with their staffing difficulties, what's frustrating as a customer is when they run out of stock of something you ordered ahead, you need to talk to multiple cashiers who tell you to wait and no one knows that the person preparing the bagel is waiting on your input for a replacement. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes over the estimated service time on app in store when you finally get a hold of the preparer, they let you know that they are out of bagels or cream cheese and ask for a replacement. All this could be done so much better if the cashiers take just a minute to check on the order and let the customer know that they need a replacement from you or make the app better to give options for replacements when needed.
The shop is extremely convenient as it is less than 5 minutes from our home. We placed an order 2 days in advance and when we went to pick them up, the order was waiting for us. We took them to a family brunch and everyone commented on how fresh they were. We will return the next time we want/need bagels.
Dint have to wait for more that 5 mins even during morning peak hour even though it was crowded. Service was really fast no delay.
I was there last week early before work. Ordered half dozen , a small coffee plus 2 hashbrows. Only to realized once I got to work they had only put 1 ashbrown instead of 2! Very ? didn't have the time to go back and claim it backPlease check your orders! No excuses. They weren't even busy.
Great service. Great products.
Their sandwiches are getting very expensive. Need better coffee
