This is a beautiful little gem with some very unique dishes. I was a little bummed brunch lasted till 2pm, so we were restricted to the breakfast menu but it didn't disappoint! The chicken with the pancake looked so bore. And the Steak Benedict was beautiful! I tried the chilequiles and I gotta say it was fire! Perfect touch of spice and very big portion. Another highlight was the lavender lemonade. It was absolutely delicious! I also tried the morning old fashioned which was infused with cold brew coffee. That was fire! My bud got the shrimp and grits, he let me try it, and that was also a very good dish! Waitress was fast, service good, no complains here. Oh, and the outdoor seating is dope, plenty of seating. Oh don't forget to try the NZ pies!!!

Dunedin New Zealand Eats is located in North Park, and it has this cool, tree-house vibe in the middle of an urban jungle. Stephen and I came a couple years ago, and I remember the burgers were so good. This was the first time we've tried their brunch, and it didn't disappoint. Its also less crowded and away from some of the main areas of NP, so that's a huge plus for me.I got the Dutch cake with fried chicken- delightful chewy Dutch style skillet pancake with mixed berries and flavorful crispy fried chicken, and I added a fried egg on top as well. Cuz got the steak tamale benedict which had this amazing creamy poblano sauce. Amazing They also have a good selection of cocktails and different mimosas & sangrias; the peach basil sangria I tried was so light and fruity and refreshing!

Located in the heart of North Park San Diego on 30th, Dunedin is one of the coolest most hip designed restaurants in all of SD! Amazing indoor/outdoor feels, you feel like you’re eating in a jungle! Great food, great drinks and the service is awesome and quick! Great New Zealand style hangout place with one of the best atmospheres in town!

You are missing out on this wonderful spot! The service is spot on, but the decor is just stupid amazing! Go check this place out!

I recently visited this venue for with friends and we all really enjoyed it. The drinks were great, and the service was quick. I really enjoyed the gin smash and their steak salad was delicious. Unfortunately they were out of a few main entrees but overall all the food was good. The restaurant also had a good vibe for starting off the night. I’d recommend checking them out.

Great food and service! Anthony was our server and he was awesome! The Ahi burger was delicious and the steak fries are bomb! One side of fries is enough for 2 people! Soooo good! I'll definitely be back.

The food was exceptional! The atmosphere was awesome if you're looking for a cool hangout spot with your friends to have a nice meal, less so if you're looking to have dinner with a family including kids. Not saying they weren't accommodating, they did their best and it was great, but the music was loud, the lighting was dark, and there was only one high chair in the whole place and their large table was too high to accommodate it. We made it work and the staff was very helpful, but I think I'd prefer this place for a date night rather than trying to take my toddler again.

Came here on a recommendation and this place did not disappoint. The food was very good had a minor issue with the lamb kebabs but it was still quite delicious. The dessert was a much more than I expected but once again if I wasn't already trying to get on my New Year track I would have eaten all that great delicious sweet goodness. The fish was perfect and the vegetables were delicious. You got to check this place out

Brought the wife here for a surprise lunch on a random Sunday. My wife is from Melbourne, Australia and I know that she’s been a little homesick due to the lockdowns. So I decided to bring her here. I ordered the meat pies and chips and she ordered the calamari. Normally she would go fish n chips or pies but she wasn’t feeling it today. My wife loved the interior decoration and thought the owners did amazing setting the place up. She also loved that they bring you a water container and glasses to fill up when your seated. That’s very common in Melbourne and it made her feel at home. As for the food, the chips I got with my meal were large, good portion size, and seasoned to perfection so no complaints there. The pies were good however the puff pastry was a little to flakey. The first pie I ate fell completely apart and was hard to manage. The second pie for whatever reason was much easier to eat. Unfortunately due to the weird shape of the pie it’s hard to just crack the top off it and let it cool. The pies are shaped almost like a starfish. They put some bbq sauce on the side that had a little bit of heat and tasted great. My wife got the calamari and had no complaints. But didn’t have anything great to say about it either. We will definitely be back. Hopefully the fish n chips give us everything we are hoping for.

A bit expensive, but your get a decent amount of food. I got the meat pies and they were delicious, I loved it. Great ambiance as well.
