We are visiting from out of state. Four of us ordered ginger ale and my husband who rarely drink said does the ginger ale taste off? And we all though eh ya like no fizz and it did taste off.I got spicy wing so continued to drink mine ....Then we decided to look up reviews and someone else complained of getting a 7&7 ....We had no intent on consuming alcohol this evening and are very unsatisfied. The fried pickles were gross.
Pretty decent wings, lots of different flavors, will definitely return. Vibe was good too. Plenty of TVs for different sports games. Staff was friendly and attentive,. They also have a military discount. Which you can add on top of the discounts they run on a daily basis. I'm actually about to order takeout right now from this place. Also voted best wings in San Diego several years running. ?
Always enjoy coming to this location! Good vibes and always great service! What I truly like most is the food always comes out hot! With my experience’s. I can’t begin to stress when you spend good money for cold food, it’s frustrating to deal with but not here food comes out hot and beers always so ice cold!
These are some of the best wings I've had. Lots of meat on bones and the boneless wings are generous in size with just enough breading. Check out their flaming honey mustard and Aztec flavors. I'll probably go back tomorrow
The first time I came here I was like “finally a delicious wing place with a great vib!” But it’s been a few months since I’ve been here since I moved up north and I will say the prices shot up! To the point where the drive here does not even seem worth it.. we ordered ten piece traditional garlic Parmesan, 10 piece traditional dirty ranch and 10 piece traditional lemon pepper, loaded tots, loaded fries and my friend got a burger with a side of Mac. My mother also ordered a beer. Sounds like a lot of food but I don’t think 30 wings two sides and a burger and beer was worth $130 .. I was so taken back by the bill.. there’s better wings in San Diego with better prices.. the wings are good but not worth the money, the appetizers came out warm not hot and the cheese dried so there was no cheese pull and they were a bit soggy.. just left me feeling really bad about the whole experience.. definitely my last time visiting here sadly :/
Best chicken wings on the best coast the west coast! They have won best wings in City beat for the last 5 years with over 30 flavors of wings. You can also buy sauces to go so you can make wings at home and they have a great selection of beers on tap. Tons of screens for you to watch any sporting event. Its the best sports bar in the college area and its not even close.
The old fashioned was on point but the service & food not so much. This place seems like it goes down every time I visit. Super frustrating because they are close and it's a great hang out spot....
Service was great; the multiple games on the TV s was cool. The wings were hot, tasty , and better than that major chain. The burger and fries were also good .Will not hesitate to return
Atmosphere was good and they did a decent job of having the different football games on. Only complaint I had was some of my wings werent as good as the others and some were a lil undercooked. I got the 20 piece with each 5 of the 20, being different flavors. Hence why I had an issue with some wings but not others
Tried a different location and I hate to say that the quality is going downhill. Ordered Old Bay, Spicy Garlic and Dirty Blue. None of them were saucy enough in comparison to my very first experience with dirty birds. The portion size for the dirty chicken fries has gotten smaller. Will probably try a different location and verify those standards.
