Awesome options for customization of drinks…. From sugar level, different types of Boba, and different teas and flavors. I love that they have nondairy options being lactose intolerant. They have some macaroons also if you’re into that. Cool decoration inside. Easy parking.
Fast service and good tea! I also like that you can order online.Update 06/11/22: the speaker system they have at this location and the balboa Ave one make it really hard to order unless you REALLY raise your voice, especially if both you and your cashier are wearing a mask. Me no like, makes it very complicated. Deducting two stars bc of how annoying it is!
I got a jasmine green tea it taste super bitter I’ve gotten the drink so much to know the amount of sugar is in the drink and I got everything regular sugar and ice it was super bitter it taste like no sugar was added even the sugar in the boba want good. my sister got the taro mash not sweet what so ever and we had gotten even regular as well and there were still taro mix in the drink absolutely horrible would not recommend i rather drive another 1 hour to go to another ding tea
Waited 20 mins for an under done waffle. I order 1 tea and 1 waffle, my tea was done sitting on the counter with everyone else breathing on it as they calling people who had order after me? THEN they started waffle. They said it burnt, then they said it was fine, the middle was liquidy and I heard one of the girls said that's the way its supposed to be. Honestly, I would understand if they were busy but there were 4 people working in the front and only 5 orders including mine. Horrible customer service. Big fan of this Chain from Orange County, if you like them in OC, don't come here you will be sorely disappointed. The tea was just okay, taste like stuff you can buy in a can.
The drink felt watered-down and the flavour was not great. Also they put jelly type boba without asking.
Delicious ! Had many options on the menu❤️ Buuuut they have a policy to where you can’t change your drink if you already tried it and didn’t care for it. So my friends couldn’t switch their drinks to a better flavor which is unfortunate.
The drink is not bad but it needs some improvement.Form of payment is very convenient as well as the parking.
I love the ding tea in mira mesa and balboa but this location is not good at all. The tea tastes watered down and not fresh like the other locations. Plus they have higher prices.
The monster bobo latte is my fav drink but they even do not care about my noteIt's not the first time, It's the second time and that's why 2stars for review
Love their taro milk tea. Best of any Boba place.
