? wow, just wow! And not in a good way. It was busy, granted. I really don't mind waiting a bit. The sweet hostess (new) said, go ahead and seat yourself and I'll bring you a menu. She said the same thing to the couple behind me. She was a little overwhelmed (I understand that). The couple got their menus and drinks and I waited. Another couple came in and got menus and drinks and I waited. After another five minutes I waved at the hostess. The manager barked at me, "Just wait your turn and you know, you can't seat yourself." I told him that I was instructed to seat myself and was not trying to be difficult at all." He promptly flung a menu on my table. After another 10 minutes (menu closed), nothing and I just got up and left. I'm not upset with the hostess, not at all. I've been coming to this particular Denny's for years. I'm not used to being yelled at.
We had just gotten in town from a long drive from Las Vegas. We stopped in at Denny's and our waiter Alex was very accommodating! He was the only waiter managing at least 6 tables, and he was patient & polite to all the customers. He constantly checked on each table and made sure everyone had what they needed. The wait for the food was not long at all. The food came out hot and perfect! He always refilled the drinks, coffee, & hot water. He was such an amazing waiter, I asked to take a picwith him! I will definitely go back and ask if he's there!
I don't usually rate, comment on, or visit places in this fast casual category but I recently revisited Denny's and I have to say that they are worth a visit. Their 100% lean beef burgers are THE BEST. There's something about 100% lean beef and quality meat that you can taste the difference, and it digests easily. The only downside is that it leaves you wanting more. Denny's is a much better option for a great, healthy, burger than Burger Lounge, The Habit, or one of these other fancy places. They also have the best shakes, and THE BEST strawberry shake in town - period. No one is better, and I've been everywhere sampling shakes, and rolled tacos (which they don't have). They are also, ALWAYS, extremely clean including the bathrooms. If you forgot about Denny's you should think about going back.
Tried to order my drink asked for sweet tea was told they didn't have it so I said that's fine I'll take lemonade. I was in the restroom and had the wrong drink brought so my friend asked them to correct it ordered my food and asked for honey mustard with it at the time of ordering. Food got there and asked again and was now told they didn't have any, rather than telling me at the time of the order. Waitress seemed to be all over the place with there only being 2 other tables at the time. Didn't touch my food, waitress never came back by to check on the table. So in short paid for a lunch I didn't even eat.
If it were possible to give 0 stars it would be a more accurate rating. I understand when a business is busy it’s difficult to attend all of their customers. However, I chose to do my order online and go the curbside pick up route. My food was NEVER delivered to my car. There’s a list of instructions to follow. I followed them and called multiple times for them to NEVER pick up. If you can’t do curbside pickup then don’t offer it. I went inside due to the fact that I never received a response by phone and they were rude. As I waited one of their employees asked me if I was picking up an order. I was trying to explain the situation and instead of listening I was rudely directed to the pickup section. I showed them my order and when I was reaching to grab the food the employee mockingly said, “Be careful it’s heavy,” as if I couldn’t hold a bag myself. To top it all off, my order wasn’t full correct. Not the first time I’ve had this experience.
Always just what we expect. The best food and servers. Always very clean and safe. Our go to place for a treat.
There was no host and the waitress delt with mobile orders and left the customers that dine in waiting for food. I was dinning in and just left after waiting over 45 minutes. 30 minutes she took our order for drinks and my party was very hungry. Under staff isn't the issue specially when it there is events like concerts and etc. During the day is good but now late night don't come until staff is back up to par.
Great waitress (ahhh! Blanking on her name) who killed it even though she was the sole waitress for that shift. All customers got top notch service, and food and sundaes out in less than five minutes for everybody! Kudos to the kitchen as well!
This is the worst experience we've ever had . The server is extremely rude. Unbelievable!!!It's 1/29/2021 and I'm still here.He keeps saying I'm by myself and this is the best I can do. Forces everyone to order something.I've never had seen this kind of behavior from someone.The service is super terrible too.
The cook was awful!! Was so rude and we could hear him yelling at the nice man I believe his name is Jose. He was running the front, seating and bringing the food out. The cook burned our food so we couldn't even eat it!!. I was so disappointed after a 4 hour flight we were really looking forward for some yummy food. Smh.
