I had an appetite for breakfast for dinner and decided to eat at Denny's down the street from my hotel. When I arrived inside, I noticed how cold it was and made the comment to the employee that seated me. He agreed, but it didn't seem like if many people complained about the temperature, that mgmt did anything to turn off the air.My server Hector was very polite and prompt when taking my order and checking up during the visit. I ordered the veggie omelet with fresh fruit and pancakes. The order came out quickly. The omelet was very full and fluffy in appearance. The pancakes also were fluffy. I didn't care for all the whipped butter that they placed on top of them. They were hot and flavorful.If it wasn't for the air temperature in the restaurant, I would have given a 5 star review. Many people commented on the temperature and wore jackets during their meal. I think it was cooler inside than it was outside.

I highly recommend the Chicken Addiction Bowl, it reheats really well the next day for lunch. I’ve been to other Dennys, but so far THIS LOCATION ON MISSION CENTER RD AND CAMINO DELRIO SOUTH next to the 8 freeway (Y’ALL STOP GETTING IT MIXED UP WITH THE ONE ONE CAMINO DEL RIO WEST!) & the one on SWEETWATER, BONITA RD/E ST, TEXAS, make the food the best! Their customer service rocks too!
First of all got seated with dirty utensils and no napkins, then brought my salad with my dinner at the same time. Also to top it off the bathroom smells like mold and sewage God help me I gagged. They need training and health inspection. Good luck!!!!
I was disappointed for being a 58 year old woman have to pay for a small cup of coffee almost $4 dollars. 2 people $41.00 dollars, just for a regular breakfast, not even fancy. Wao. God bless
Growing up, this location has always been my fave Denny’s. Good times after clubbing back in the day. Our server, Shannan IS THE BEST! She’s always upbeat, provides the best customer service. I came in tonight, and there she was working the floor by herself, hosting, seating, cashiering, taking orders, serving orders, and there was another lady helping/bussing, and the cooks. I don’t know how they did it, but, they did. She needs a cape, and giant “S” on her chest for Super Shannan!
The food was okay the thing that I didn't like was when you walk in the restaurant it smells so bad I wanted to throw up the lady asked us how many of us in our party I asked if it smelled like this in the whole restaurant and she said that the pipes are broken and that's where the smell came from that I can go to a section and pointed towards the back and let her know if it smells like that over there. I went and it didn't smell but was really cold once we had our food served it got cold in less than 10 minutes I don't know but I know I will stay away from this Denny's for sure
They were really nice, food was good and i'm glad they had at least one plantbased option (beyond burger).
We had the sweetest waitress. She had this glittery elephant pin and was very fun and kind. She had our food and bill to us faster than I’ve ever had either at a dennys and our cups were never empty.
Service was efficient and quick, and came with a smile! We ordered and the food came about 10 to 15 minutes later, it was the right temperature, and as usual food was great! We left with full stomachs and a smile!
