I live all true way to Minnesota to get the cardi b whipped cream. Paid for overnight shipping so one of my items would be damaged. I sent an email on June 23 or 24th & a few days later asked for pictures.. I sent prof that one of the whipped creams did not work & I still have not gotten a response. It’s July & im waiting to see if I even get a response from the owner or even get a partial refund.. I’m only asking the money back for one of the cans that did not work. Horrible customer service if they can’t even help you on one item. In the picture you can see clearing that it’s broken if the whipped cream is coming out as liquid & not fluffy as the rest.

I had an issue with some mixers I purchased being bad. They took care of it for me and refunded my money. There was some confusion with the email I sent them, but they corrected the matter immediately. Very pleased with the customer service. I would definitely order from them again.
Product is hard to find, so I just order on line. Super easy, and always arrives quickly. Luxardo is yummy in so many ways. Had to have it as a critical part of an Aviation.
Everything was packed very well. The gin baubles leaked a lot, due to the way they were constructed.I wish I hadn’t ordered them. Everything else arrived in perfect condition.
