Love this place. We found this place on a whim and we will be coming back often. All the food we had was amazing.

Cool atmosphere. Friendly service. Clean.I had the Katsue Ramen, medium broth thickness. They use good quality ingredients. Ask for something to spice it up on the side of your a fan.Overall good experience.

The space and people are nice, and the food preparation was quick (15 minutes). Unfortunately, the food was greasy and without much flavor. We ordered ‘Vietnamese Tofu Summer Rolls’ and ‘Su Ramen’, both of which were very bland, had atypical texture, and did not compare to dishes from similar restaurants. The sign says it is a Vietnamese and Japanese restaurant, but the food did not look, taste, or feel like that was the case.

I have been coming here for years and the food has only gotten better. I could make a longer review and explain to you how good it is. Instead I will just say this, go in point at something and enjoy!

Highly disappointed! I had high hopes seeing the high rating. Pho was cold; they gave a lemon instead of a lime. Portion size was very small. They are very stingy with the condiments. Their signature dish Hainanese Cast Iron Rice Pot was extremely boring and rudimentary. There are many other Vietnamese places to choose from I’d look elsewhere if you want this genre of food.

Excellent service, large portions, reasonable prices, complimentary appetizer and dessert. $14 for a tofu, noodle, vegetable dish with fresh , delicious hot tea. All the ingredients were very fresh and everything was well prepared. Beautiful ambience. Delicious!

Called in an order on a Saturday around 7pm and only had to wait 10 mins. The salmon rice pot was amazing, perfect amount of spice (they ask how spicy you want from 1-10), reasonable prices, and service was friendly. Would definitely come back if in the area again!

How is this restaurant making any money? I had mild spice mango chicken (I had real chicken, but you can opt for vegan “chicken”), and it was fabulous! This meal came with a lovely fresh greens and tofu salad, a choice of rice (I picked wild rice), and amazing coconut ice cream with beautiful fresh fruit garnish and sauce! The setting was very nice; the chef and waitperson were congenial and efficient! We were able to comfortably linger over our meal, and I really appreciated that. So, that meal, I just wrote about? ENTIRE THING: 12$. How is that even possible? If you go, you will love it, and remember to tip very well!!

Wow. Found this cozy gem on a whim on a Saturday evening because I was craving something savory. The waitress and the waiter were so sweet and friendly (Vietnamese man and Chinese woman). I’ve never tasted such a beautiful salad in my life (and that was a complementary tofu salad). The main dish, garlic chicken on rice, was just equally incredible. Then, the cherry on top was the complementary (green or mint) ice cream with slices of fruit in a pool of mysterious syrup. All of the food was presented artistically. I was ready to jump in the back of the kitchen and marry the chef?! If I was a film director, I would definitely add this spot as one of the locations to film at in the evening for a film with a similar vibe to Drive (2011).

Never disappoints. Love love this place. Got the snapper pot, stuffed tofu and eggplant and five spice bean noodles
