My Wife and I attended a Wedding Reception yesterday at Rancho Guejito Vineyard. I would like to commend the employees at that reception on their professionalism. My wife and I are vegan and my Wife is also Gluten intolerant. Apparently we were not the only ones who had special needs. The people working this event were so accommodating without the slightest hesitation. I am so Grateful for the opportunity to have experienced the manner in which our needs were met. Thank you Bang Brothers Pizza for an exceptional experience.

Fantastic pizza and a great idea using a repurposed fire engine as the pizza oven ? the team was focused and provided a great pizza dough tossing by a truly seasoned dough master.

Mobile Woodfire Pizza…wow. Not only is a hollowed out fire truck pizza oven with pizza prepared live awesome to watch, it’s some of the best I’ve ever tasted!!! Would follow these guys anywhere. (5 trials for events or catch them on the move!)
Dang Brother… why did you serve us pizza that looked like this?! I ordered a pizza for my boyfriend and I when Dang Brothers was on Broadway Pier for the Bay of Lights parade. As you can see, not only was the pizza burnt, but 2 of the slices didn’t even have crust. When the cook removed our pizza from the oven, I heard the cashier make some remark, presumably about how our pizza looked, but it was served to me regardless of the fact that it was burnt and looked horrible. When I mentioned something to the cashier about the pizza being burnt , he said to me, “It tastes better that way,” in a snarky, unapologetic tone. Not wanting to miss the show or make a fuss, I just said “okay thanks” and walked off with the pizza, but I really didn’t appreciate being spoken to that way and am quite bothered by the fact that their employee thought this was acceptable service and an acceptable product. After eating the pizza, my boyfriend and I both experienced the pizza trying to come back up, and felt extreme burning in our throats. It was really uncomfortable and even caused me to cough painfully in response. Neither my boyfriend or I typically experience digestive issues such as these, so I am assuming the pizza had something to do with it.
One of the best pizza catering services around. The BBQ chicken pizza was absolutely amazing and the fire truck oven was super cool.
I tried this in Ocean Beach and it was the best pizza I have ever had. They told me they have one here in Phoenix but the number is disconnected. I'm so sad that I have to go all the way to California to eat it again.
